You must have been watching a different game to me regarding crosses.

Even Tanner but a few beauties in curling them with his left foot.

Today, a lot of our crosses were excellent. Salech was poor. He didn’t attack the balls coming into the box at times.

Agree, I’d love a back up striker to put pressure on him.

With the Evans’ boys for our first home game of the year. Still scratching our heads how it only ended 1-0. Seeing as it’s Zulu tv season. That was Rorke’s Drift in reverse.

Even Alex Robertson Said:

“We got the early goal, but we need to kill teams off.”

Agree with OP.

Win IS all that matters, but a large percentage of that game was at a walking pace, and the old 'programmed' passing routines. I will gladly take promotion playing this way; but it's not exciting, is it?

Credit to Chambers for having a bang and trying the diag a few times.

The crowd showed frustration at times, and it's not the style that will get the atmosphere rocking.

I said in the match thread... it's rear of your seat action.

BUT, we are very top. I am not complaining. I'd love to see us end the games with goals, and not by the refs whistle!!

Total dominance today and 3 points so hard to complain but... I'm going to anyway.

I love what BBM has done this season the only thing I don't like is we've become quite predictable in our build up on attack the last few games.

I'd like to see us drop the ball in behind the fullback opposition and get our wingers in a foot race especially against a team parking the bus or low block (cringe) I hate that phrase.

We have the likes of Wintle, Chambers and Lawlor that can do that we just need to vary our attack more and take gambles in the final third instead of playing in front of the opposition which is easy to defend.

I understand the argument that passing back and forth side to side wears the opponents down and eventually their concentration will go but today for long spells it was like watching a training game and quite frankly boring.

Minor criticism but sooner or later it will catch up with us if we don't vary our attacking play.

Totally agree. I look at those screenshots of the replies and it seems some of those people would struggle to be happy about anything.

Just said on another thread that if people aren't enjoying this season then maybe football isn't the game for them.

Think we will give a team a spanking soon but need to put our chances away and when playing teams who come here to park the bus lets move the ball a hell of a lot quicker instead of slowing it down and give the opposition time to reshape

Except it's not opinions when they're constantly just running the team down, it's negativity.

They're not being honest at all, being negative for the sake of being negative. Everyone can see that.

Everyone is well chuffed we are doing well, but many including myself see all this possession and attacking and wonder how we don’t score more goals that’s all Ned.

The passing is fantastic

Ned,

And how about your obsession against Rubin Colwill

It must be awful for such a talented player to be constantly downed by some fans, negative about everything he does.

Pot calling the kettle black there based on your views of King Rubin the golden boy - someone who, pre injury, was probably our player of the season up to that point in time...couldn't resist sorry for others out there who are sick of this thread and that one!

Correct Ned talks about Negativity but he personally persists in downing our best player and waits actually for him not have a good game.

Never stops downing Rubin, yes backed Riza beyond beyond who goes down as one of our worst ever managers.

Well I reckon City will Def get their chance to get their goal difference well up v Orient

Orient have the worst defence in this Division

Orient are on a Terrible run, 1 Win in their last 8 games and included on that is 6 Defeats
They have slipped down to the edge of relegation
