No idea why he didn’t just place the shot, that should have been 2-0

Robertson looks injured

Taken off before he was sent off.

I know i bet 3 nil city and Colwill to score, that hurt seeing it hit the crossbar :d

Notinjured
Early change as David replaces Alex Robertson.
Was going to be sent off

Noticeable how BBM often pulls a player soon after they are booked.
Obviously to prevent the chance of a red card.
Robertson off!

GOAL! Wycombe
Straight from a corner for Wycombe!
We need to start again, as depleted Wycombe have suddenly found their wind!

Same as last game, long delay & we've gone to pieces.

total miss kick by Kapkio Awful mistake
Thu Jan 01, 2026 3:35 pm
It’s all Wycombe now
Thu Jan 01, 2026 3:38 pm
Cardiff have really gone backwards
Now 6-5 in shots to Wycombe
Thu Jan 01, 2026 3:39 pm
Lawlor saved us then

He missed it completely, and that confused everyone to the point it (the ball) had a free path into the goal!
Wycombe have been buoyed by their goal, and we need to take back control, as the stats now show Wycombe have spent 60% of the game in our third of the pitch!

Kpackio makes a lot of mistakes defensively. Very raw. We just need to calm down and go again.
Thu Jan 01, 2026 3:43 pm
Willock shot great save
Thu Jan 01, 2026 3:43 pm
Good play from Kpakio to block a Wycombe attack. The ball goes up to the Wycombe third, but Wintle’s shot does really test the keeper
Colwill gets a shot in, and just after Salech is beaten to a header by Turnbull. Good effort but Salech might have been the better option of the two

Such a lack of professionalism and composure in ten minutes of madness.
We were in complete control, then Colwill misses a sitter, Robertson is dragged off, NG messes around before the corner, and Kaprio completely loses concentration for the goal.
Extremely disappointing after such an excellent start and excluding the sitter miss it probably doesn’t happen with Chambers on the pitch, leading and organising.

7 minutes of added time at the end of the first half
Wycombe claim a penalty, and it was close, but for me, it would have been very harsh!
We need to get more of a grip in the second half to take this game! Wycombe’s goal was a ‘lucky’ one, but it counted and we are where we are, and it’s buoyed them whilst we get our stuff back together
The games around us, are pretty much going with us, as Barnsley are a couple down, and apart from Wigan (1-0), the rest are all level

The wingers have been terrible, yes i know who scored but other than that they have both done very little.
Thu Jan 01, 2026 3:54 pm
Kellyman not as effective on the wing Ashford ease and move kellyman no 10 colwill off
Thu Jan 01, 2026 3:54 pm
Well we should be well ahead. Lets hope we don’t pay the penalty for not scoring more when well on top.
Main positive is that Osho has looked very good…. So far!

Scrappy first half, with some poor performances. This ref is terrible though, and just itching to send a city player off.
Thu Jan 01, 2026 3:57 pm
Cardiff finished the half the better team.

I think you are spot on but thats the naievity of young players. Colwill should have killed the game and Kpackio wasnt concentrating. They are both raw, young players who will make mistakes. Kpackio is struggling lately, loses the ball too much but you have to be patient. We need to compose ourselves and go again. Kellyman needs to go back in the 10.

Kpakio and salech I feel both could easily be subbed at half time. Only thing with salech he's always a chance of a goal. But feel he's been off the pace today maybe in need of a rest

I think the commentators are watching a different game than me since the long break in play. They think we've been great since then but I think we've been pretty bad since then with passes going astray & WW frustrating us at every opportunity. They changed their shape during that long break & the substitution and we've failed to handle it until the last few minutes.
Time for BBM to work some magic, and yank Colwill & Kpakio sooner rather than later as both are having an off day so far. Salech needs to be careful as well now he's on a yellow as BaltimoreBlues said the ref is just itching to send someone off. WW should have had a penalty though, we'd be moaning about it for a week if it had been the other way around.

Agree about kellyman at 10. He’s really impressed me in that position, and just seems lost out on the wing.
