I thought it was just the usual handbags because of the late winner & passions were high after a great game. Nothing worth getting upset or arguing about.

Simon, Lord forbid the supporters might ever show such passion, eh? Thankfully, we left all that behind at Ninian Park! ;) :laughing6:

Sounds more like people too touchy these days. I'm sure we won't see Chelsea fans celebrating on Tuesday night and if we happen to pull off the win. Then I suggest we just politely applaud and say we'll done both teams

Absolutely, Lee!

Maybe “Bravo! Well done, chaps! You came to do us, and you done us good! Tatty bye, old chaps!” is the new way! :laughing6:

Yesterday was ‘passion’ after a late win, and it’s what I personally want to see more of! Shows us they care! :ayatollah: :bluebird:

It’s not passion. It’s unprofessional behaviour.

It’s what the kids will be doing next week on the football field to the lads they have just played. In fact it’s already happening and it’s shit.

Do you really think kids giving each other stick has anything to do with Chambers. That'll happen regardless. It's part of life and there's nothing wrong with it. Unprofessional behavior what did he actually do?

Not cos of chambers specifically but footballers being dicks.

Chambers was being a dick to the Donny fans then the other Donny players after winning with a 98th minute winner.

I don’t like it, some don’t mind it. Each to their own. Hopefully those that don’t mind it won’t mind when someone does it to Cardiff.

Like they (other club’s supporters) never have????

Doesn’t make it ‘right’, but it’s part of competitive football/sport, and when players lose the ‘edge’ of competition to the point they don’t care, it’s time to call it a day! :ayatollah:

Totally agree with you. Be as competitive as you like for the whole of the match. That passion is good and what sport is about. When the final whistle blows don’t be a dick. It’s not hard.

Nothing to do with any footballers. If kids are being dicks to each other at a game blame the parents not football/ players

I’ll simply repeat my personal assessment from a great view of the incident, and say it was ‘handbags’ and not worthy of this amount of criticism and/or attention in comparison to other incidents that have occurred elsewhere, and I move on :ayatollah:

Well done boys, if the fans are giving you stick for 99 minutes, you have every right to have a little laugh at the end of a tough game with the really late win. As for Salech and the rest helping Chambers out, well done again, superb, one for all, all for one.

My thoughts exactly mate. I did think that chambers was clapping the family stand at first so there couldn’t have been much in it.
I did see NG in there (surprise surprise) put his arm around one of their players and the player and a coach waved him off. One can only guess what he said :P
