The guy needs to go.
But we make ourselves look silly when our benchmarking bends to our agenda.

Tan wasn't "unlucky" when he appointed Riza and then allowed him to take us down.

He was just being his usual stubborn, arrogant, clueless incompetent self.

Agreed, and if reports are correct, Risa talked himself into (and Bulut out of) the job; and Tan fell for it!

The BBM situation is soooo different, as the club initially wanted Rambo, messed him around something chronic until he walked away, then they (the club) went on the Disney Merry-go-round of Non-progress, coming very close to appointing more than one individuals, before circumstances left them with the need to appoint a coach who could work with the youth on a budget

I’m genuinely not sure who put BBM forward to the club, but on this occasion it all aligned and the result has been pretty positive so far; and I’d call that ‘lucky’! :ayatollah:

I thought Bulet was going to open up about this but it never happened.

BBM got the job because he aligned with Tans thinking. That being use the youth and lets go cheap cheap cheap. So far its working. Lucky or not its still early days but lets say this works out and we get back into the Championship. We then return to all the concerns we had from the start of this season.

Fair points, as usual, and it makes sense that BBM talked himself into the job by telling Tan what he wanted to hear!

I was told that Riza did Bulut no favours behind the scenes, and managed to get in Tan’s ear; but we move on with BBM (thankfully) at the wheel, and we should worry about next season once we know where fate takes us! :ayatollah:

What concerns? If we get promoted you mean?

I won't be giving him credit because it's mostly because of him that we're in this league.

This post is spot on

Not sure if BBM was a lucky appointment, after Omar didnt the club hire former Rangers & Manchester City academy director Mark Allen to find managerial contenders and this is how he was appointment via a shortlist of candidates, the club took a different approach yo this appointment?

Murphy was the manager of Manchester City Elite Development Squad suggesting they knew each other and Mark Allen recommended him.

I felt at the time it was more of an orderly appointment , and perhaps Tan listened to Allens knowledge of Murphy potential especially coaching younger lads through to first team appearances, which is happening??

The post isn't a wind up ,its a genuine question , yes we were relegated, perhaps thay was the plan we go down ,start a fresh without the struggles of trying to stay up all the time with bigger wage bills dropping crowds ,less TV revenues.

You never know if we keep this team and go up we may become the next Sunderland?

If Tan goes who does appear ?? Surely not Bale again he's a bit flaxy with his commitment to.us ?

I've always been a bit shaky about the Bale bid.

The Americans are behind it and I wasn't convinced they had the best interests of the club in mind.

Their offer for the club was way below it's value too, embarrassing that he attached himself to it.

But some don't want to hear that or won't accept it, because it's Bale.

Just feel some credit is due to him and the backroom team.

Having watched the opposition this year we clearly have the best team squad .

Manager is a breath of fresh air..

Welsh youngsters getting chances .

Non.Welsh lads excellent kire to.come .

All.has to.be funded .

After another great result we get this. Please tell me this is a wind up. ??

Paul,

I honestly believe it’s a wind up.

We should not be in Division 3 at all and if our club had been managed right from the top we would of stayed in the Premiership not Suffered “ Three Relegations “

I think we have had 15–16 Managers and 6 CEO

This is a Total Wind up.

We should just try and enjoy this season not suddenly be divided by a Wind up.

Totally agree Annis, soon as the dictator leaves the sooner our club can move forward.

It’s the only way forward Paul for us.

They havs received numerous offers and turned them down two at the last minute on the just the last year.

Tans had his time and scarred us for life with his Despicable Rebrand
