On to Wrexham Tuesday night.
Great day for eh mate. Nothing better than losing so can have your weekly moan, with a tad of justification never mind the fact we top of the league. Shall we sack the manger get someone new in or should we back him?
Only you suggested sacking him.
What exactly is your problem?
I said we need to get it forward faster, that's it. If you were happy with that performance then there's no hope for you.
We top of the league week in and week out you moan moan moan. Try getting behind the team top of the league. What more do you want.
I get behind the team plenty & I'm allowed an opinion just like you are.
Only one person has suggested sacking BBM & that was you.
You’re making things up when have I ever said sack him? Like I said last week show me where I’ve been negative to Murphy. But you could and then slithered away not to be heard from until today. When you come out and rejoice in a city defeat.
Who's making stuff up now? I have never once rejoiced in a city loss, never ever happened.
You moan and moan all this game, we lost you got proven right on this occasion. Win win for you.

the good news is we have a lot of time to turn our form around
but the fact is we probably won't be top of the league by the end of the day and if we keep playing like this we will drop down the table
I still believe in bbm but he needs to rethink his in game tactics because I personally think he has been found out and teams seem to know how to set up against us

Not enough pace, urgency or intensity. You can see what Bellers means about Ruben. You got to be on it for 90 minutes not stroll around hoping something will happen, that's aimed at everybody not just Ruben.

Very sloppy today, far too many passes going astray. We had no quality crosses coming Ng other than from NG in the first half. Would have settled for a draw before the game. We are not far off being a good side, Robertson was good today and will help us going forward.
Missed Willock also, he seems to be the best crosser of a ball we've got.
Onwards & upwards

My love-in with BBM is dying fast after another extremely boring display. They were certainly unlucky to lose today, but likewise, it would have been daylight robbery if we had won. BBM’s tactics have got to change if he is not going to lose support quickly. Our play out of the back is so very boring and dangerous, whether it be Fish and Lawlor like today or Fish and Chambers as the last few games. Why do we have to play like that for goodness sake? Invariably it ends up being booted upfield in panic. The other thing that irks me is the lack of interest shown by our players at throw ins. It has been like this well before BBM’s reign, so why don’t the players take some responsibility.
Chambers should have played today instead of Turnbull, who slows the game down when he has the ball. What worried as me as well today, was the fact that we played without a substitute goalkeeper, which is quite mind boggling! As it turned out we had no injuries, but what if Trott had been injured in the first 20 minutes.

Didn't see the game funeral today but said earlier in the week duberry is the man to watch, cutting in from the wing on his left boot, sounds like he did the same as the midweek game.

Im not as sulky as most about this one. It was a competative draw with a monent of pure class at the end. I was happy with a draw at 12:30.
Yes we are making silly mistakes, but this is a young squad.
I am the CEO and founder if the Rubin Colwill fanclub (£12 to join but dont even consider a seat on the board. This is a closed shop) BUT he's not at the early season form and being doubled up against for the 2nd game on the trot. I still think he's a starter though and wouod pull Turnbull for him with Robbo as #10. Someone needs to get closer to Salech; he's pissing into the wind week in/week out.
Robertson was class first 30. Play him at Wrexham and then whatever he wants, give it to him. Showed more stones than Wintle and Turnbull in 30 mins than they have all season.
Bolton are a well drilled, settled team and have a fortress at home. Not the end of the world.
We obviously need to create more chances. I think Rubin in that #10 at the moment isn't helping.

Its all technical, theoretical, analyst/data-driven, playing the right way groupthink.
I have no doubt that BBM will always be in demand in the elite development arena, and I guess they pay pretty well. I'd trust my multimillion-dollar starlets with him.
But he is a professional football manager in League 1.
It's pretty clear that we struggle to break a basic low block, as we have no line breakers and our wide players are so wide they may as well get a coffee and burger and sit in row A, they are that ineffective. This leaves gaping holes in the middle of the park.
BBM reluctance to alter his system is puzzling. You don't have to play 4231 to "own the ball"; that is an intention.
Rubin isn't working anymore. His last instinct is to shoot, he'll pass, pass, then pass again. He is an 8. He isn't Kav, but he is better than all the others there.
Someone, especially at home, needs to be able to score. Its not Robinson IMO his work rate is poor. Perhaps its Kellyman.
This is a long term project, but i hope to see some adaptation from BBM. Teams have worked us out.

I have been off here for a spell, giving the manager that full first 3 months on the job before returning and posting my thoughts.
Today dreadful. We have had other performances like that this season, Really poor, no quality. Even some of our victories and draws like last weeks first half just simply not good enough, nowhere near.
This is a poor league, poor quality and yet we still find ourselves right up there, which we would have all taken, yet i am posting negatively says it all. We are a club in decline, our transfer windows lack of ambition, our marketing even down to the Trust. This is where we are with a manager learning on the job. Just like Riza and is giving us Riza and Bulut like football at times and Riza like tinkering.
You can only work with what you have though, and i see a bang average third division team, due to its youth heavy balance they are to easily brushed off the ball, not enough of using the dark arts of football, and do not shoot enough! Maybe the anonymous hapless Tan was right after all!
I feared before the season it would go this way in terms of performance , i am right. I am wrong about our league position as i thought we would be top 10 or 6 or no more at this stage. Happy to be wrong there.
I remain supportive but very unsure unconvinced and on the fence about BBM
