No, thats not what I said. Read it again. Certain offences when the ball is out of play, those offences taking place inside the area, will result in a penalty kick. Clearly the incident was not violent conduct.

I was asking a question, hence the ? You gave one example & I don't know if there are more reasons, you I'm presuming do, and it seemed like you were disputing my reasoning for it not being a penalty.

If you don't think it was a penalty why do you think it wasn't if my reasoning in incorrect?

It’s all Bluebirds at the moment and some great moves developing with both Tanner and Bagan gelling well down the left hand side

Will Fish concedes a free kick on the left but the resulting cross goes way over the players, only for some poor control from Salech to give away a throw. It comes to nothing!
