To be honest, I'd avoid this thread

This has got a bit out of hand and I'll apologise to all because I probably haven't helped.

Back to the point, I don't see Al-Hamadi dropping to L1 but would be pleasantly surprised if he came to us as a winger.

No you havent helped. I like others are willing to give BBM, a chance but have our concerns which are well merited. But at the moment your positivity far exceeds the negativity of others. I appreciate the work you put in but there is a danger your constant criticism/ridicule of any concerns of fans on is going to drive people away from this forum

Well when people are picking up anything they can from quotes to get their agenda out, I've got no choice but to defend the manager.

I won't apologise for balancing things out.

And yes, I'll continue to ridicule outlandish claims.

I can't believe how many posters you've argued with and insulted throughout the day on here today Worcester. It's getting beyond, especially for a moderator. You're really spoiling the experience for a lot of people.

This is a football forum, a chance for us blokes to discuss the highs and lows of supporting Cardiff City. If we want to be negative, we should be allowed to be negative. If we want to be positive we should be allowed to be.

But you take over, dominate, control and consume most feeds that are started on here. You ruin so many chats with your constant 'putting down' of people and your constant sarcastic remarks.

I'll ask politely so that you dont delete this post (note that I haven't swore or said anything remotely derogatory towards you), can you please just take a step back from some discussions and let people just naturally talk/chat/joke/vent/bond.

Cheers mate.

You know what, I put in hours a day into this forum. I work really hard to make it the best it can be.

I make sure there's the right stickies, I don't ban people and I work really hard to get things as good as possible.

And I do a brilliant job.

I came very very close to stopping moderating this forum a few weeks ago. Very close. It was only Annis, who is a friend, that convinced me to continue.

I don't need other people telling me what I should or shouldn't be doing.

I have opinions and I challenge other people's opinions. That's all I do.

But a few people seem to have an agenda against me tonight. I won't let it stop me.

I will continue to do what I do until I'm told otherwise by more than a few who just aren't happy that I challenge them.

Worcester - you are a good man and I enjoy your significant contribution. Keep up the good work and as my dad used to say ‘don’t let the buggers grind you down’. We all have a moan from time to time because we love our club. BUT you are an integral part of the forum and I respect your heartfelt and incisive comments :bluescarf: :ayatollah: :bluebird:

A hard-working moderator you are, Ned; and you really do a brilliant job, often in very difficult circumstances!

I’ve said it before, so it’s nothing new, but some people really need to learn to separate your moderating from your personal views, as well as curbing their own loathing for being challenged for their own (often deliberately negative) views

This thread was initially derailed by Valley Blue, yet he has not had a quarter of the rebuttals that you have had, and that simply isn’t right! :(

Thank you, Chris.

All of us moderators put a lot of equal work into this forum and I think we all do a good job.

Like you say, we all have our opinions which we are entitled to.

I accept that I'll get more criticism than others because I'm very forthright with my views, but the two people deciding to target me on this thread is uncalled for in my view.

There are plenty of people who want me to stop I'm sure, because I'm a positive voice. But I'm not going to until I'm told to.

You are also correct that it wasn't me who started the derailing of this thread, yet I'll get the blame as usual.

I did actually try and return it to the subject matter but unfortunately someone decided to stop that.

Ned keep up the good work, there are posters on here ( you know two of them in this thread) are just moaning for the sake of moaning, they have absolutely nothing better to do. To have a go at you for saying it as it is just proves what you are saying is right and proper. If they are that upset and critical then i suggest they dont bother to post on here, but then what would they do then?

Can I check if this is the article that you found the rumour?

This is the one the FLW tagged as their context for suggesting CCFC are involved. https://www.teamtalk.com/ipswich-town/transfer-news-forward-set-to-leave-kieran-mckenna-approves-exit-three-clubs-in-race

The article mentions that he was considered in the scenario where we lost Salech
