Tan will only sell on his terms

Unsecured makes no sense to me.

Over 5 years, £28 million would have compounded to a couple of quid short of 40 mill....nice work. I get why Dalman wouldn't want to be a shareholder without control as Tans' debt conversion waters down stock value.
I can see this being a way to own a chunk of the club without stock.

I just can't see a mere multi-millionaire pumping that much of his wealth (i guess it's a syndicate) into a football club without hard securities

Was it unsecured or is it just what people have said? I can't believe he's not built in safeguards besides his 7% interest rates..... I doubt it was all his money maybe its some of the consortium he is leading to buy City?

I said the same thing on another thread, but some people think that we are going to, at the very least, achieve a top six position,,, with the current City squad,,,, as things currently stand....
