Where has he said that?

All I can see from things he's said today is that the Bale offer was embarrassingly low.

Tony Rivers and Si both seem to be backing up what Annis has posted here.

Ned, the two names mentioned are pretty accurate on all things Bluebird and they will be on this!

@notabot only deals with info provided from various media sources, and there has been little to pick up on! ;)

I’m not too sure that Bale’s consortium was able/prepared to meet Tan’s needs anywhere near the Gary Otto bid, and that just goes to show how much the latter wants Cardiff City FC; although I’d still love to see Bale involved at the club. It would be immense for publicity and kudos! :ayatollah:

Cheers Gents,

But Bonner has backed Tan no matter what I have ever said, so I take his posts now with a pinch of salt.

He was positive when backing Tan, now his hero looks like going he’s getting upset.

Bales offer was so low Tan never replied.

I'll be absolutely gutted if this doesn't go through now

Credit to Annis who’s shared what he could, when he could without putting any deal at risk. Let’s hope all goes to plan.

Exciting times and feel like the dark clouds are finally clearing. Would give everyone a boost going into the new season and give us real momentum.

Hasn't tan got to arrive in London first? That's what was previously said! Wasn't Wednesday mentioned....

Not upset at all, think if you read through my posts I have said it was time for Tan to leave.
Nothing personal against you FB, just we always had different view on Tan, I thought he has done well for the club, however, last 2 seasons has shown it time to pass on the mantle.

Let's party home to peterborough
and our first away at port vale our first game away in this division with new owners.

Re: “ CARDIFF CITY NEW OWNERS ? “

Tue Jul 22, 2025 7:58 pm

This is just what we need to push on.

By the looks of things we have avoided having some nameless ownership group or divisive ownership bids. This lot look like they are not only serious about taking us over but want push the club forward AND the assets to do it.

Exciting times.

I don’t want to get my hopes up but Tan may decide to wait and see if we get promoted this season as we’d be worth more then. Our value has surely dropped due to being in league one. Hopefully though he just cuts his losses and sells

Re: “ CARDIFF CITY NEW OWNERS ? “

Wed Jul 23, 2025 12:14 pm

I think if he did that then he would be leaving himself with a £1m per month bill (£12m) and he would be also faced with Dalman calling in his loan.

I dont think Tan would be that silly. He wants out and this is a way in which he can take some money and allow himself to leave with his head held high.

Who's going to pay more for the club just because in championship ? Not the 3 consortiums involved at present! This is tans best chance to recover his money he may not get another chance ..if dont get promoted then what ? He'll certainly get a lower offer than present one .. no its now or never fo him.

Well there certainly have NOT been any visits to the CCS this week and no planned visits by any consortiums
They are coming this week to Cardiff for now up to 5 days:

“THE NEGOTIATIONS HAVE BEEN ON GOING FOR MONTHS.”

“THESE ARE SERIOUS INVESTORS.”

“THEY BELIEVE CARDIFF CITY FC TICKS EVERY BOX FOR THEM.”

“THEY HAVE SHOWN PROOF OF THEIR FINANCIAL FUNDING AND PAST ALL THE TESTS.”

“ITS NOW IN VINCENT TANS HANDS AND THE FINAL MOVE IS UP TO HIM.”

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=245561 :bluebird:

I can honestly tell you all now that no visits by any consortiums are due at the CCS this week and no planned visits either for next week or for the forceable future, where is this consortium visiting must be a sight seeing tour around the welsh capital visiting Cardiff castle on its way.
I really think some people are going to have egg on their faces when this so called takeover bid does not happen.
