Agree with this.

Show me if he's better than what we already have no one can because he's not played at any real level except league of Wales so it's not really for our first team so pointless talking about him

It's not even league of Wales it's a feeder league that flint town are in to the welsh prem,
so the guy has not even facing opposition that our own academy players face, and if this guy is only going to be pushed into our academy, why have a big post about this guy if he was going straight into the first team then the post would be worthy but otherwise imo not worth the post.

Read the points I’ve made and it clears this up. Nothing to do with if he’s better than what’s in the first team right now.

Writing players off before they are even anywhere near announced shows how far the support has dropped also though.

Very unlikely this is intended for the first team.

They just saw a player with traits and worth taking a chance on for development. Add to U21s and go from there. Got to have these types of signings to add with the academy players. Lots of big clubs do this.

Nobody is writing off but putting up a post suggesting we are bidding for the next Jamie Hardy or bale from a feeder league to the welsh prem when the guy will have only played against the same players
Funny how wrexham scouts have not spotted a north wallian superstar 20 miles up the road from them.

It’ll be for the U21 team Id imagine Monty.

It’ll cost next to nothing so it’s worth a punt

Have no problem with him coming its the post I was more concerned with as we have yet to sign anyone for the 1st team so got involved in the post which is basically a waste
But hey ho

Yes true.

But we continue under Tan to do this and 99% all fail as we only get them fir cheapness

We need 3 quality league 1 /2 players now

Am I mistaken in thinking we signed a young Joe Ralls from a non league club for the academy aswell?

Re: Issac Lee

Mon Jul 14, 2025 7:27 pm

If this was our only signing of the window then I'd be disappointed.

But it won't be.

It's a gamble on a cheap player who could come good so that's a gamble worth taking.

If this deal happens - Is this a 1st team signing or another for the U21's ???
