He should not make statements that won’t be backed up.

I have NO Sympathy for him as he has taken this job knowing he will not be backed.

Surely he will be backed with new owners, If of course he makes it that far...

Just thinking when bbm said this was takeover not on agenda? If it was he shouldn't really said what he did... if takeover came after he said it that could have put block on recruitment as people said would tan spend money if he was selling? So maybe recruitment is on temporary hold until bids accepted and paper work with efl I'm sure when that's done limited investment can be made by potential owners.... that's been done before...

2 deals I’ve mentioned in regards to Man City loans have been put on hold down to the rumours circulating about the new owners, even though these are players BBM knows and wants from Man City’s end the structure of the deal with wages and fee has changed as they feel like they can get more with change of ownership.

Lost count of how many players have gone - The above 2 are wanted by the manager on loan - so what's the problem.
Money saved on wages from players going - New owners will not be here by the 1st transfer window

I think BBM needs to be honest with the fans and say what his situation is regarding bringing players in after all he is the HEAD COACH only 2 weeks before the season starts??!!

Looks like we may have to go with what we've got because of circumstances regarding a change of ownership. It's disappointing but hopefully the perceived takeover will benefit us in the long run.
Come the January window hopefully we can bring in some talent be it loans or permanent as hopefully we'll be at or near the mix at the top half dozen clubs.
Maybe this takeover has cropped up at an awkward time regarding signings but some info forthcoming from the club regarding new players would be good as then we'll all know where we stand.
