I think our new recruitment policy are going to be kids or young players from under21 teams so won't be any older captains coming I believe time will tell I hope its not this can't beat experience

Based on who is there now - wintle. He's done the stand in job. He's experienced and he's a good pro who is likely to play most games.

I'd be happy to review my view based on who we sign though.

I can't see us getting promoted with Wintle in the starting 11, never mind captain.
