If the owner does not want to commit any more money, most of which was wasted because of his poor strategy and leadership, then that’s fine .. but it clearly means it’s time for him to sell up and give a someone with fresh impetus a chance. I appreciate we’re not a charity, and he’s put vast sums in, but the failure to modernise and manage the club on the day to day mean it’s all self inflicted.

I do agree on the squad in fairness. It’s not terrible and good enough for playoffs, not sure enough to go up though. Especially with an injury or two in a long season. It lacks pace and we need a wing back on each side, but at some point you have to trust the kids or ship them out. Davies, Ashford, the Colwill’s all need to be given a decent preseason and some better coaching. The profile of Ruben is a dream if he can be taught to use his size and improve his decision making.

I’m glad it’s finally being run like the failing business it is. When a business loses money they cut costs, reassess, and see where income can be improved. We know income can be improved by getting promoted/going on a cup run and that should be the focus. Not these luxuries.

Players get all their news from their phones, they don’t need Sky at The Vale. They’ve just been relegated after an embarrassing showing, make them fly Ryanair. Why would we reward failure? Sit next to fans on the plane and let them tell you about what the club means to them, how they used to go to games with their parents/grandparents who are no longer around. Why relegation hurts, and why it’s horrible to see a once proud club in this position.

Personally I support these decisions and I agree, should’ve happened years ago.

It should have stopped as soon we were Relegated from the Premier League.

I believe as you say they should all go on Budget airlines.
