If the owner does not want to commit any more money, most of which was wasted because of his poor strategy and leadership, then that’s fine .. but it clearly means it’s time for him to sell up and give a someone with fresh impetus a chance. I appreciate we’re not a charity, and he’s put vast sums in, but the failure to modernise and manage the club on the day to day mean it’s all self inflicted.

Time to go VT and your CEO

Weve got 6-8 million drop in income to find

That’s fair. At least that’s covered then, though you’d imagine still more high earners to go and lesser wages to come in. Out of interest, as I’m not massively close to it. How did Birmingham manage the transition so well and spend so heavily? Surely they had the same drop? What could the club copy, should they wish?

They brought in a new novice manager also remember they had quite a bit of money in sales to play with sell on clauses were massive with both Bellingham brothers

Not having a go at the OP, only saying what he's heard.

But some OTT replies are what I mean about everything being so negative on here.

Let's just wait and see what happens.

Dreading the next few weeks if it's going to be like this on here every day.

Fair enough, I’d love us to spend £5m let alone the £35m they managed, but we’ll see.

I do agree on the squad in fairness. It’s not terrible and good enough for playoffs, not sure enough to go up though. Especially with an injury or two in a long season. It lacks pace and we need a wing back on each side, but at some point you have to trust the kids or ship them out. Davies, Ashford, the Colwill’s all need to be given a decent preseason and some better coaching. The profile of Ruben is a dream if he can be taught to use his size and improve his decision making.

Players get all their news from their phones, they don’t need Sky at The Vale. They’ve just been relegated after an embarrassing showing, make them fly Ryanair. Why would we reward failure? Sit next to fans on the plane and let them tell you about what the club means to them, how they used to go to games with their parents/grandparents who are no longer around. Why relegation hurts, and why it’s horrible to see a once proud club in this position.

Personally I support these decisions and I agree, should’ve happened years ago.

Well said .

15 years way to late to cut losses

I REMEMBER WEZ SAYING 5 YEARS AGO THAT HE “WAS GLAD TO SEE OUR CLUB RUN MORE PROFESSIONAL “

Tan has actually Fucked OUR CLUB

Wez,

Tan has a CEO Selling Cars but paid by us

All these chartered planes etc should of been Stopped years ago, Costing us fortunes , Never made the team play well did

We’ve been losing money for years Dalman has kept telling us, so things like this should of happened then.

Virtually all Div1 clubs would fly on budget airlines if they needed to travel abroad

70% would have their pre season in the U.K…unfortunately that’s where we are at the moment

The days of the premier League money are long gone!!

It should have stopped as soon we were Relegated from the Premier League.

I believe as you say they should all go on Budget airlines.
