If we didn't own E. Sala we wouldn't be able to pursue this claim. The only way we can pursue this claim is if E. Sala was our asset

The case against W.Mckay and Nantes is purely over the transport of our asset from one place to another

Agreed it’s not:

That’s in the past when Tan denied Sala was our player backed up by Wez.

But Sala was always our player from 12pm that Friday.

Thus little case is to make the agents reveal all the paper work which they have failed to do so.

Sala was NO longer Nantes player when he went back to France and returned again and they are not responsible.

Sala went back for his own personal reasons:

Sala wanted to say goodbye to his team mates and arrange for his dog to join him in Cardiff

He still isn't registered with the Premier league. The fact is the FAW jumped the gun and registered him too early; hence why the FAW changed the way it does it now.

But Cardiff City have had £5 million from the insurers and 12 million from a 3rd party so we've bascally had our transfer fee back now, where you keep saying we've lost every case when this isn't true?

This is a serious question, Annis, do you want us to win this case, or coz of your hatred for the board, do you want it to fail so you can continue the negativity and say i told you so? I hope we win and the money gets invested in tbe club.

Of course Sala is not because sadly he died.

Honestly not bothered about if we win or not as Tan will only benefit.

If we sell players Tan keeps the majority of the money .

My hatred of Tan I agree, Club first.

Your live in with Tan is Tan before our club.

WHAT I DO WANT IS THIS CASE FINALLY FINISHED WITH.

If the club wins this case it massively helps our finances, also How does he keep the money if we sell players ? ,you say this every season for years now but every year your proved wrong ,he puts money in every season and never takes a penny back out we've sold loads of players in the past but Tan didn't take that money did he ?.tan should sell to bale if the price is right but also im optimistic that we will have a good season even if tan stays .
