Wes, it’s a roller coaster behind the scenes and even those close are getting pissed off with the ‘almost but not quite’ negotiations. Deals in principle have been made but each one has been scuppered by the final details, in which all have had the goal posts moved
Dalman has been pushed out in recent times, so that leaves only one ‘can carrier’, Vincent Tan (and of course, his negotiator-in chief, Ken Choo
Where else can we now turn to show our disappointment at the was things are and have been for way too long now?

How about not criticising others who don't have same enthusiasm for demo as others do? No one wants tan here by same token not everyone go into overdrive and take a more pragmatic view! This latest debacle is absolutely madness and yes he should be sanctioned for gross mismanagement of the club. In this latest saga... if read between lines the problem id tan and ken dalman as tried to get things through but the dictator knows best and we end up managerless and drifting into a season totally unprepared with pre season weeks away ..if dont get someone in with experience we are going to struggle and possibly relegation fight again. .. its that serious a situation

We got tonnes of criticism and ridicule for protesting, starting a petition , actually trying things, Jonny in particular even being nitpicked at for his wording of the petition, by those who are moaning about Tan themselves. Instead of petty critique, offer solutions, ideas and hel out. Those who try and start something to raise awareness and exposure are sitting ducks for many city fans , I’ve been pragmatic for years and maybe even hopeful, it doesn’t get us anywhere with this man. Stand up for your club FFS what’s it going to take?

The criticism I’ve seen isn’t because of the wording.
It’s because it’s the wrong angle.
A protest sent from the group with thousands of signatures from supporters, directly to the club, detailing why we are unhappy would (in my opinion) be a lot better than a petition to the EFL to re think his fit and proper status.
He pays the bills, pays the players and pays the staff - that is what the EFL want to make sure of - not how long it takes to appoint a manager, and who the manager is for example.
Just as a bit of feedback outside of the petition:
You mention that you’ve been ridiculed and criticised as a group.
However….
People who are pushing the protests consistently call people who don’t protest Tan Lovers, Jonny himself has made comments about city fans. Even on his new thread, calling people Naive.
Doesn’t exactly make people want to get involved if I’m honest.

So why couldn’t you have offered that reasonable feedback which may well be helpful in the first place instead of publicly being condescending, pedantic and sarcastic (that’s how your post on the other thread sounded) and that’s why there’s simply not a unity when we absolutely need it more than ever. If you don’t make changes - nothing changes. Tan won’t make changes, it’s our club he’s a custodian with the keys. So we need to rally and unite and come up with something to influence or provoke that change we so desperately need. There have been sit ins on the centre spot, hanging around boardrooms and reception in the days before internet, tennis balls, Tan Out balloons, using social media, Tan out posters billboarded around the city petitions, protests whatever it is, we are trying and open to suggestion not petty critique

However this new structure would have threatened the postion of Ken Choo so he put every obstacle in the way to stop Ramsey taking the managers role including making a derisory offer to both Ramsey and his proposed assistant.
Ramsey did not get on with Choo at all and found it impossible to negotiate with him. This information has come from someone very close to Ramsey who was at the Wales game on Friday. Ramsey has obviously had enough and decided to take up the option to carry on playing in Mexico.
Personally I think we have lost our best chance of having a professional football structure put in place and I believe Choo is directly to blame and needs to be outed.
Others might be able to confirm all this?

Correct on Choo trying to screw Rambo over but I don’t think he (Choo) is in danger of losing his job, if a DoF were to come in, as he is (I repeat) Tan’s eyes and ears in Cardiff, so somewhat needed by an owner thousands of miles away
I would love to hear Mehmet Dalman’s views on all of this but he has apparently been marginalised of late. I feel he would have had all this sorted out (maybe even Jones) by now, if given a serious chance

The forum at the moment is full of guess work and speculation, so when you make statements like the ones you have about Dalman then surely I have the right to ask where that has come from.
And if you read the forum carefully you will see that I don’t and I have never trusted Dalman and been proved right on it every single time.
Hence me asking where did this information come from about him taking a back step, because if it has come from his camp so to speak then I cannot believe you are falling for it again. If it hasn’t come from his camp then fair enough, just say so and lay off of the sarcasm.

I’m not asking for names, I was just trying to say don’t believe everything you hear about Dalman, he’s the biggest spin doctor/politician of them all, and after all a lot of the reliable sources have got things wrong over the last week or two.
And I’m also marginally aware of what is going on behind the scenes, and its not as simple as some people seem to think, its not just two parties disagreeing, as you should know if your sources are as good as you believe they are.

There you go with your own labelling again “you and your ilk”
As for my use of the term “taken a step back” I’m big enough to apologise if i misread what you had said in another thread, what you actually said was pushed to the side or something of similar ilk.
That’s fair enough but everyone has a ‘label’ with your logic, if you think that’s what I’ve done. Indeed, your logic makes me a ‘labeller’, does it not?
I’m not going to get too deeply into your choice to disbelieve everything you hear. As I said before, that is your prerogative and one I respect
What I will ask though, is how do you know that the information provided by those you refer to wasn’t correct at the time of posting? I ask because I know we would have had a new manager by now, if Ken Choo (presumably led by Tan) hadn’t messed it up
