Totally agree with this.

If his stats suggest 79 points, based on Bolton players. then arguably we could be looking at 90 points with a far better squad.

I hope so anyway :bluebird:

The calibre of manager we should be expecting to look at considering where we are.

Agree. Our squad is a Championship squad lets face it a better manager than riza would if kept us up , if we keep most of team squad together and add here and there and he gets the best out of them , then we should smash the league.

Once we lose the loans and the players other teams might want I’m not sure our squad is good enough got 90 points.

It’s lacking a lot of things.

I agree totally. A lack of pace and a few thuggish hard nuts at CB and CM would top my list.

And mine.

From a manager front, i would have wanted:

Young manager
Winning form
Promotions in bag
Attacking football
L1 experiance

I like it he has an edge as well, I remeber grandpa Warnock standing toe to toe with 6'2" Nuno and Malky had a Glasgow stare

The real problem is not about who the person is .

The problem is that

I'm still waiting on Charlton v Orient final.

Charlton are financially shagged and vulnerable to thier manager being grabbed.

Don't want to piss on your chips but there's no way we'll buy out his contract.

I actually dont think Evatt is going to be our new/next manager.

If it was true and he was telling people then it would have either been announced by now or he jumped the gun on them offering and that will back fire on him,

The bookies have installed him as favourite based on social media hearsay and as consequence a few people having a couple of quid on it.
