Re: NEW NAME IN FRAME FOR BLUEBIRD MANAGER'S JOB

I am in the i don't want a newly qualified coach camp, or first or even second time as the main man.

Most clubs we will be playing will be of higher athletic than technical ability. Pepball will be a disaster as most clubs will be happier without the ball. High press players will soon be disheartened when their keeper launches it 10m inside our half.

We don't have to follow, but they will be setting traps, and last season demonstrated we can fall straight into them.

We can't take four months sussing the way of the land, we need to hit the ground running. If we we are to keep Salech, Robertsons as well as our kids we need to go straight back up.

We need people with form in the book at this level.

You’re mental if you think they will come down to league 1.

Whilst I cannot see us attracting a so called “named” manager I cant see why we would go for Karl Robinson, i dont think he has done anything special since before Covid and that was 5 years ago now, not for me personally that one.

Talk about ‘over ambitious’

We wouldn’t bring those in even in the Championship.

Seen so many people think we should be getting this type of manager - it’s not going to happen

Be realistic.

The best recognised manager we can hope for is Nathan Jones wanting to come home.

Agree and he has done a good job in Div 1 this season for a club Dalman wanted to buy ;)
