Yes in virtually everyone’s opinion!
I guess we’ll never know exactly why he waited so long.

But hopefully we can be more positive now.

I just hope we see players back in their rightful positions

Yep, the right decision but 2/3 months too late.

I think they should now stick with this management team.

If we stay up they will have performed a minor miracle but even if we go down Div 1 would be a good place to get managerial experience.

Time to commit to a longer term vision.

The announcement has been "liked" by Jamilu Collins. Thinking there has been a lot of behind the scenes drama this season which hasn't helped on the pitch. Collins, Ng....a few haven't seemed happy at all and I found it odd that Rambo himself was missing from the bench when he was injured when we played Stoke. Ralls was there and it was a home game. Maybe reading too much in to it but if there was a dark cloud then maybe it has been lifted and the players can go in to the last 3 games with some fight. It may be too late, but as someone else said lets get down there Monday and get behind them!!!

The U21 coach and U18 coach are a big plus, young, advanced coaches who technical sense is excellent. This may be a game changer, down to the players now.

Probably too late, but at least it will unify the fan base to some degree and avoid the toxic atmosphere which would have happened on Monday.

Never knew tickets for this game was so hot! Hopefully good crowd now... but at least got fighting chance with 2 home games and opposition having some hard games to come hope springs eternal.

Those are my thoughts too. Will be interesting to see if Riza has any humility to make a public apology for his failures and thank Cardiff fans. Purse, Shaw and Ramasult must surely have been sacked as well.

Yesterday was like watching a football team playing in 6 " of treacle. Perhaps they all got pissed off playing for Riza and the change in manager/coaching will bring the desired change in attitude and application because on paper at least they are capable of much better.

As many have said this is too late. So frustrating as could have done it a couple of weeks ago and we probably would be on our way out of this mess now. Anyway I’m delighted and at least I’m now looking forward to the last few games now! Come on city!

I was always going to renew my season next season but today's news has made that decision so much easier.
I still don't like giving my hard earned to tan but I'm blue through and through and now feel that we have a management team that understand the club, fans and hopefully we can start climbing back to where we belong.

Two wins out of three at least needed. Certainly more confident of that now than with Riza

If he can get them playing with some spirit and intensity we can stay up.
