What, their mate , gets the job and they try harder?
Spot on, the players are equally to blame. It hasn't been good enough and we deserve to go down. Even worse dropping with no fight.

How can they perform when they dont know if playing one game to next? As for tactics does anyone know what they are least of all the players? but worst thing for players is playing out of position? Is it a wonder they want a new coach? Besides not 1st time players rebel against the manager!

Sorry Allan that is bollocks.
These aren’t school children who have to know they are playing week in week out to show off.
These are professional footballers who are on excess of 5k a week and are well aware that changes will be made.
Take a look at Pep, changes his team weekly. One of the most successful managers in the game.
But because Riza does it, he’s a villain?
It’s down to the players also to show some passion, win those 50 50s and show they want to be here.

Have you ever played football out of position? A centre forward is a center forward not a winger like he played miete? Colwill is a midfielder not a winger could go on the whole team is filled with players who've over the season have been played out of position... players get frustrated if cannot perform to their standards because they can't? You may think its bollocks but players mostly have professional pride and to me the players have given up on riza and it shows.... like I've said it's not uncommon for players to get disillusioned with tactics of coach....that is a ludicrous statement regarding Pep! If he drops a player he as top quality to replace him ....we drew 0-0 next game changes 3 defenders no reason not injured concede 2 goals ... yesterday took off Salech puts on meite like for like then put more subs on he has 5 attacking players on pitch with one centre forward created one chance because there was no game plan just an overloaded attack common sense says leave Salech on with miete get wide and play ball in middle that wasn't rizas plan was it? He simply changed like for like again hoping for something different to happen..

Understand the frustration with playing players out of position. Meite is a prime example of a player who has been played incorrectly for the majority of his time here.
Riza is tactically not good enough and his substitutions are baffling, so he does have to take a lot of the blame - I don’t think anyone is questioning that and even the ones like myself and Ned who tried and tried to defend him have now admitted we were wrong.
That doesn’t take away the fact though that the players need to take responsibility for their own down falls. Lack of effort and passion is something that each player chooses to do. Robbo for example since he got his new contract has been nothing short of a complete waste of time. Flailing his arms around and doing nothing else.
Not battling for second balls, pulling out of 5050s. They look like a team who have nothing to fight for.
If I was on 10k a week I would be giving it my all week in week out for the club regardless of if I like the manager or not. The pitch is a shop window for players, many of which will be looking for a new club when we go down - their dis interest and lack of effort will not be doing them any favours.
