We are where we are because Tan entrusted the reins to two really poor managers, the current one a rookie!. And this after technically being relegated with the manager before them. Tan has not learned from his mistakes and is as stubborn as ever.
We have seen enough of Riza to see that he is tactically not up to it, its erratic and inconsistent, lacks leadership and fight his interviews uninspiring and worrying at times. Though still prefer him to the awful Bulut. Shaw has come in then Goutas form dips.
Over the moon with the win, papers over the cracks, still not a great performance but improved fight and actually pleased for Riza, but we need him replaced immediately with experience for that new manager bounce we so desperately need so we are not involved and away from a last couple of games nerve shredding shootout, Relegation would be a disaster and a humiliation in our anniversary year, this cannot happen, improve the odds of this not happening and make bold changes now.
Its all on Tan, his terrible decisions have got us where we are. If he wants to avoid the massive threat of playing in league 1 and the value of our club falling for his sellability, We need an experienced manager now, they are out there.

Watch out we are suppose to be positive because we finally had a Win.
Suddenly Tan & Riza lovers come out and slate us for being honest and say the truth how bad we’ve done and we are still in trouble.

No doubt the same people who were pro Bulut and spouting Top 6 in the run up to his sacking, and a week or two before the Luton game were wanting Riza to take the club forward into next season and beyond. In both instances soon changed their mind. I got name called and shot down on here for my criticisms and observations of Bulut. I didnt do the same back.
As I said I was over the moon with the win. But these City fans spouting from their keyboard, that the City fans that dont agree with them means that they want City to fail?! need to have a word with themselves. Lets stick together FFS this is a seriously challenging time for our club

Sad is the word Annis! Its our anniversary season of this amazing club. Look where we are!
A good experienced manager at this level would love to work with this squad, fix the issues, find a way, improve them individually and as a team. O Dowda, Fish, Robertson, Chambers, Mannsverk, Robertson, Ramsey, Rubin, Alves, Ashford, Salech, Robinson all good players at this level, but unfortunately it means they have to work for Tan!
