You could go to the police complaints commision for the release of the pictures to the media, but all the police will say is they were using the media to assist in enquires and if they are forced to stop using the media to look for alleged offenders, they will have to stop using the media for everything including missing children as it will open the flood gates for complaints and legal action. With regards to the woman if she is to be charged with trespassing thats down to network rail (or whoever owns the track system now) and BTP, but it will probably end up in court and she will claim mitigating circumstances. With regards to her complaint, whether the guys on the train were aggresive or not, if the woman felt threatened she had a right to complain and it will be really hard to prove otherwise in court. With the media good luck trying to take them on they will state that they issued the facts at the time, and they will have top lawyers backing them up. Life is rarely fair just take it on the chin and be gratefull the police cant make a case against you.

But the best news is that they ARE taking action against that woman for jumping on the line and slapping my mate. what a result, get in there. My two mates are up in the BTP office tonight, GOOD LUCK BOYS

That sounds like a good idea, but they should be careful as these mags may want to spin the story as the 'woman takes on footy hoolies' story would be far more attractive to her readership.
I think it would be best to get them to sign to say they won't print our story until you've approved it.
