It’s done and will be announced today.

Transfers, do you have Turnbull over the line?
I think everything is close to being finished. He was on the way. He should be here and done.
Bulut

I can read mate, should doesn't mean is. That's all I'm saying. So until it's official it's not done.

Celtic had a set back, This is a disaster it has happened. Heard they had a set back to one of their injury-prone midfielders.

OFFICIAL:
Cardiff City Football Club is delighted to confirm the arrival of Scottish international David Turnbull on a permanent deal from Celtic, subject to international clearance.
The midfielder joins the Bluebirds for an undisclosed fee, penning a contract until June 2027.
Turnbull began his career with Motherwell, scoring 16 goals in 34 appearances across all competitions during his breakthrough campaign in the Well’s First Team squad.
Joining Celtic in August 2020, the 24-year-old went on to make over 125 appearances for the Hoops, winning two Scottish Premiership titles, two Scottish Cups and two Scottish League Cups.
In total, Turnbull scored 31 goals and recorded 23 assists during his time at Celtic Park, and now arrives in South Wales for his first experience of Championship football.
After putting pen to paper at CCS, David said: “I’m delighted, I’m buzzing to be here. It’s been a long day or two, but I’m really glad to get it over the line and can’t wait to get started. When I heard of the interest, I was very keen. It’s a huge Club. I’ve watched them in past and want to be a part of it now and kick on.
“It’s a great city and when I arrived at the stadium, it was nice to see it. It’s brilliant and I’m really looking forward to it.”
Bluebirds boss Erol Bulut added: "I see a lot of quality. He is a good age, he played the last three seasons with Celtic, scored and assisted many goals. This is what we need in our midfield. He is creative in the offensive shape and he can finalise attacks.
“We now have good options and not the same styles. We have defensive midfielders and also have more creativity. In the second half, when we want to change, we can now change a few players and have the same level.”
Welcome to the Welsh capital, David!

What is our recruitment department doing making signings like this???
- and actually agreeing to pay money for a player instead of getting dregs from the lower leagues?
I've not been this excited by a signing in a long time. Ramsey was a special case and the Greek lads were total unknowns to me.
Despite our lack of ability to compete with pretty much anyone in the transfer market and our purse strings being very tight, Bulut's really doing wonders in the transfer windows he's had with his arms tied behind his back. Getting rid of dead wood and investing in decent quality players who can actually make a difference to his starting XI and will have sell on value.
I think this will turn out to be a gem of a signing.
