Blaming the coach is pointless. We have a tiny pool to pick from and within that pool quality is poor. We need to be realistic
before pointing fingers. Against England he needs to pick young and fit players who will cover the ground. Bale and Ramsay have gone. If that team goes on the park against England it will be a slaughter.

Just woke up from what I thought was a nightmare (2am ko here) to find out that yes it did happen. From 10 minutes in my thought was this is like watching Cardiff, not able to string 2 passes together & useless up front and that view didn't change. Everyone looked tired and lethargic, our game was turgid with zero spark to it. Bale seemed to get in the way more than anyone else & going a man down was just the nail in the Welsh coffin.

Everyone underestimated a team just 1 place above us in the rankings thinking we just had to turn up to win & it bit us in the ass.

I'm sorry to say Rob Page has been exposed, shown to be tactically inept. Finishing the match playing a 4-1-4 formation with an ageing, unfit Joe Allen expected to do everything in the middle was something I don't think a parks manager would have done. It was a suicidal disaster which left us wide open and cost us the game.

Page has also shown he's very weak, not strong enough to drop/sub Bale. We've struggled to keep the ball all tournament, being sloppy in possession. It's clear for all to see we needed an extra man in midfield to help.

We've played so many direct, long balls because Page has set us up wrong and failed to make necessary changes. Add the fact we have unfit players in the team who are no longer mobile enough to make runs into space to give options, it's not surprising we keep giving the ball away.

As usual with the Welsh FA and just like with City, Rob Page was the cheap appointment and we've been totally exposed on the world stage.

Some of our players didn’t turn up, again and the balance in midfield didn’t work.

We didn’t play the referee, Iran roughed us up and we went missing. Shame the referees aren’t all applying the laws the same but that’s sport. Klinsmann predicted they would use the same tactics as KSA and we weren’t prepared.
