We need an experianced manager.

It's not a new manager we need. It can't be every time. We have tried every way and type of manager, they can't all be crap managers. They are not given time.

Steve morrison should not have gone. Tan let him go too early for whatever reason. We have to properly back a manager at some point. It's the board and Tan that have to go or we will repeat this for eternity.

We should never have got rid of Morison. He did a good job here and had my full backing. God knows why he was sacked.
I did not fancy Hudson as he has very little experience and, the little he had, was not a success.

Obviously, we can saympathise with him in that the last two games were basically 10 v 11. But he was just the “easy” option. Ex player, cheap and the second in command when SM was sacked.
We need a good manager, but not necessarilly a very experienced one. I believe that with that person, our squad would be easily good enough to retain Championship status.

I think most of us would have kept Morison, I was getting shit for allegedly saying it last week. If you're rebuilding the way we were you have to give the manager a chance, win, lose or draw and not get rid of him after a few games with his new squad.
