Fantastic work from Romeo, who dances down the right wing and past two defenders before hitting a lovely cross, which is deflected for a corner.

Close! It's to the front post from Ralls and it finds Robinson, whose glancing header is just inches away from going in at the far post.

Save!
Cullen hits one low from the edge of the area and Allsop has to get lows down to save it.

Burnley call for penalty but it was off side anyway

Romeo with a huge mistake and Brownhill intercepts deep in City's half. He feeds Tella, who draws a blatant foul from Allsop - but he's offside!

O'Dowda with a great first-time ball into the box, but it's cut out before it reaches Robinson.
Sat Oct 01, 2022 2:40 pm
A Burnley ball is sent into the box, but Connor Roberts heads well over the bar.

Kipre is a man mountain as he bulldozes through three players before playing a one-two with Ralls and pinging one down the line to O'Dowda. His cross is cut out by Charlie Taylor and is a corner to City.

City playing full of confidence

The corner is cleared, Burnley break and Gudmundsson is found on the far side. He cuts in and hits with his left, but it's wide of the mark.
Sat Oct 01, 2022 2:45 pm
Gudmundsson sends in a menacing cross, but Ng does well to head away.
Sat Oct 01, 2022 2:46 pm
O'Dowda does well to track back and earn a goal kick for Cardiff. Burnley have picked up the pace the last 10 minutes.

H-T 0-0
City played well, end to end football

Quiet game. Not much to say. City have looked organised and played well but if Burnley raise their game they will win comfortably. Nkounko looks a liability, needs to be hooked. Will be delighted with a draw.

Burnley will know they can go for the jugular without much to worry about coming the other way
Sat Oct 01, 2022 2:59 pm
I fancy Burnley to win this now 2nd half, get a goal and park a bus.
Hopefully I am wrong, come on Bloooobirds

City know they can go for jugular without too much coming the other way...
Why let the truth spoil a good moan hey. We've been just as good/bad as them.

Hudson will be too cautious to go and look for the win and that will be our undoing. Otherwise a 1-0 or 2-0 win for the oppo. Cmon Hudson no regrets

Burnley look like they can go up a gear we do not

We've threatened but lack of quality in final 3rd means not gone close ...they've done nothing yet but are capable of getting a goal we dont look like scoring...

We had 33% possession assuming that’s a season low

Ng with an agricultural challenge on Tella. Yellow card.

It’s so worrying that we already feel that going 1 down means game over

Not surprised, come on City turn this around.

Kipre yellow card. Hauls down Tella on the break down the left.
