Perhaps the thought is that they give the job to Hudson until Cooper is inevitably sacked at Forest and then go for Cooper.

You could be right

Cooper could literally hand pick his next championship job

We had a rookie manager then if you take Ralls, Sawyers, and O'Dowda out and there is very little championship experience. Have those three even started together ?

Then look at Malky promotion squad Marshall, McNaughts, Hudson,Taylor, Connolly,Whitts,Cowie Guunar,McPhail and Craig Bellemy.

I bet Malky was told a few times to leave the room we'll sort this out ourselves

This squad needs an experienced management team ASAP

Rhinomota, Allsop, Kipre, Simpson, Romeo, can be added to your list. Plus there’s one or two young ex prem players too.

Wish we could have a manager like the brentford manager i think we have a team that with the right man in charge we could be someone but hudson no management skills we are back to where we where when mc carthy f.ck.d off but do have a young group to work with
its so annoying as a fan and hate seeing the stadium half empty

All football clubs are the same these days short tenerships, dump manager if you get a bad run before it's too late .. some get dumped showing success but not enough to totally please the owners ..

I think perhaps Morison showed promise and 2as felt he was out of his depth , its a pity as he starting to show us a better way to play football and that can continue in the right hands .

Most sensible post on here .

Bluebirds owner Vincent Tan will give interim boss Hudson the chance to impress, with the first week after the international break already suggested as potentially pivotal in his bid to land the role on a permanent basis.

Mark Hudson will be given these three games and it will taken from there.

Cardiff play Burnley, Blackburn and Wigan in the space of seven days at the start of October, and a positive return of results could leave Hudson well placed to win the nod from Tan.

Hudson is currently the favourite with the bookies, but Cardiff are understood to be keeping tabs on other options, including fans' favourite Bamba.

I would add get Morrison and Sol Bambi brought into the coaching set up and see how it works, otherwise we are going to go into a long drawn out search for a new guy.

Exactly my thoughts, our defence has been awful so far.

Would prefer Hudson to Bamba, but neither are the right choice.

Oh this is getting beyond a joke like one big groundhog day and if hudson looses in comes pulis so depressing from our board again if you can scrape a few wins together
Why do rhe board not listen to the people who turn up to watch cardiff unlike themselves another f.cked up season after hoping things had changed .

A new day or yet another false dawn ?

Tue Sep 20, 2022 6:10 pm

Lets see shall we. Maybe the club are happy with the signings and the playing style - just maybe not happy with Morison and the way he interacts with people.

A new day or yet another false dawn ?

Am I shocked Morison has been sacked this early? Yes, thought he would have been given at least until the World Cup break but to be honest, bar the Boro first half and the Birmingham game we’ve looked a very poor side.

Scoring from set pieces is what gets you out of this league and we look hopeless in both attacking and defending. If we were scoring a load of goals from open play to counteract our terrible set piece defending then great but unfortunately we don’t.

Hudson would be the easy option for the board, who seem intent on pursuing personal vendettas against people rather than concentrating on running a football club. Getting really fed up with them now, the only way this club is going to move forward is by us getting new owners (a lot easier said than done).

Will back whoever they put in charge but I can’t help but think after recent years that they will make the wrong decision once again.

If you think aboutit - what experience or qualifications does Dalman / Choo or Tan have in appointing a successful manager ?
They hit lucky twice - the rest has been pretty terrible.

If Dalman and Choo who assessing their own performance in their respective roles - they would terminate their own contracts. Wish themselves well and be on their way.
