As for wasting millions, aye, being ill advised and persuaded in daily phone calls by NW, who along with other managers wasted millions on players they want of which some didn't even play much LMFHAO.
I like the “wasting millions” argument. Always comes from the same people who complain he doesn’t invest or gives us any money.

Without Tan we would have been screwed. He has been let down by poor advisors and managers signings that have flopped more often than not yet he STILL seems committed to the club but is doing it in a far more sustainable way to stop us becoming like Derby or worse still Bury.
We should be thankful for having him as an owner, not trying to stick the knife in at every opportunity.

Has he been a good owner?

It is what it is unfortunately. Assuming things don’t go horrifically tits up in the next season or 2, I think history will look back on Tan’s time here kindly. He unquestionably made a monumental mistake with the rebrand that took years to fix but weighing up all aspects of his ownership (in my opinion anyways) he comes out at a net positive.
Hopefully Morison stays for a few years and can build a new generation of talent at the club and a team all playing a certain style. That would be a nice end to Tan’s time if he left us like that.
