Morison’s management certainly does come into question.

His decision to pick Bacuna was even with the benefit of hindsight plainly wrong. Bournemouth had midfield all to themselves. In fact him going off made no real differences they were up against 10 men in effect from the start.

What really has irked me is his public slamming of Isaac Davis. I assumed he went off because he was injured but no he went off because as Morris says he was more of a hindrance than a help.

That is a comment that in my opinion should not have been made public. Surely Manager should be doing more to help a young player than that.

More’s the pity he didn’t take Bacuna off after five minutes because he certainly was more of a hindrance than a help even at that very early stage

Ok so I can’t agree with this. The midfield actually played ok in the first half against Bournemouth. It was more mobile, and protected the defence well. Bournemouth created little and got a lucky deflected goal, we missed two very good chances. Bacuna was playing ok until his utter stupidity. For me no blame attached to Morison.
As I said in the OT - if we get nothing today we need to support Morison and the team. Unfortunately, we are back with “slow short back and sideways in midfield! But hopefully Pack has one of his better games, and we get something.
