A ball over the Cardiff defence just causes a nervy moment. Nelson plays it back to Phillips, who scuffs his clearance under pressure. Throw to Posh.

Morrison does well to stop a burgeoning attack.

Ralls does brilliantly to nick the ball off a Posh midfielder and feeds Giles down the left. He puts in a nice cross but it's cleared.

Ng does well to flick a pass around the corner for Bacuna, but Nathan Thompson muscles the midfielder off the ball and it's a goal kick.

Big chance!

A delightful cross from Joel Bagan finds Aden Flint, but he cannot keep his header down and fires it over the bar from close range!

Worrying for Cardiff there. Clarke-Harris sprints through the middle and is bearing down on goal, but he clips Ng and the foul goes Cardiff's way.

Nelson again with an excellent recovery tackle there. Stopped a certain Posh breakaway in its tracks.

Nelson with a poor error that time, fluffing his lines trying to clear the ball, but he recovers brilliantly to stop Dembele's shot on the edge of the box.

Peterborough have come in right into this in the last 10 minutes.

Giles fizzes a low cross to Collins, who looks like he will be through on goal, but Nathan Thompson slides in before the ball reaches the Ireland international. Inches away from a clear-cut chance there.

Wide!

Cardiff are opened up there and Dembele slides a perfect pass into Harrison Burrows, who takes a touch but drags his shot wide with a left-footed effort from 20 yards.

Biggest chance so far for the hosts.

36% Bluebirds

Giles whips in a lovely corner towards Morrison, but the skipper just looks like he is pulled away from it cleverly by a defender.

Goal kick.

An encouraging Cardiff break there as Ng whips in a cross to the back post, where Bagan taps it into Giles' path, but he smashes his chance over the bar from the corner of the box.

Another Posh break, this time through Burrows. He tries to find Clarke-Harris in the box, but Bacuna is back to cut it out.

Then a cross comes in from the right and Cardiff panic to get it away.

The hosts looking dangerous at the minute.

Nathan Thompson flies into a tackle and gets the ball, but it looks as though his studs are up and he rips through Pack.

Thompson goes down feigning injury and Flint sprints towards the centre back and screams at him on the floor. Pack does the same.

There is a bit of a melee, but the upshot is, Pack and Flint are booked. Work that one out?

Replays show that it was Pack that was fouled badly (two footed lunge) but he (Pack) gets the yellow card for an Olivier Award performance from the Posh guy...

11 free kicks given away at a rate of one every four minutes. Are we really that niggly or is this ref finnicky?

Flint and Pack bookings seem to say the ref is getting under our skin?

We very physical

Poor half overall from us. Once again lacking that cutting edge, I love James Colins work ethic but I just can’t understand how he’s keeping Kieffer out of the team at the minute. He very rarely wins anything in the air and lacks the quality. Hopefully he bangs in a hat trick to prove me wrong though. The game is definitely there to be won, we just need to get that quality in the final third.

I feel the same way.

Pretty dire first half from us.
Can’t string any passes together, there’s no pattern, no excitement, nothing.

Peterborough have better movement, are brighter and look more likely to score than us at the moment.

Pack should have stayed down & rolled around screaming.
