Joe Ralls pings a stunning, sweeping ball out to the left flank, but Bagan just can't get it under control and it's out for a throw-in. Nice start for City though.

Great work from Pack to intercept a backpass from a Blackpool midfielder and he wins the throw.

He then launches the ball in before Morrison flicks it on, but Flint's header is saved!

What a chance that is! Ryan Giles is clean through for a one on one and he tries to nestle it into the bottom corner, but Chris Maxwell gets low and saves brilliantly!

Should be 1-0.

Maxwell saves well from Giles, asBlackpool allow the ball to slip through and he comes close again moments later..

The long throw causing real trouble here. Morrison flicks on again and Bacuna almost gets to it at the back stick, but he is adjudged to have fouled his man.

Giles' pace is catching Blackpool out...

Lovely work from Ng, flicking a nice ball over the top for Giles, who clips in a delightful cross. Nelson can't latch on to it though and concedes a free-kick in the process.

Giles' cross finds its way to Pack, but his effort is blazed over from 20 yards out.

Flint heads a Giles cross back across goal and, on the half volley, Collins manages to scoop it over the bar from no more than four yards out!

Just goes to show that Cardiff need to start taking these chances because Blackpool can hit at any point.
