We’re one of three EFL clubs that play in Wales and this has hardly any time to prepare in comparison to the 89 English clubs.

Come on.Was it really that hard to load the tickets on to the season ticket cards we already have.
I've downoaded a ticket for the Barnsley game then my season ticket .Which one do I use on Saturday.
But wait a minute they are sending out emails tomorrow.I thought it was today. Will there be yet another ticket to download?
I've never heard of a ticket office that doesnt answer the phone.
It appears the club have used the furlough scheme to the last, with ticket office staff working on the covid testing centre in the car park.
It is a shambles.

this has not been sprung on them...they should be aware at some point they might have to sell tickets in a ticket office...
its poor.... as is the decision or lack of one to apply selling criteria for the Blackpool game......

It is a shambles.

It's only a (quote) "shambles" if you want it to be...

As said elsewhere, the club have been waiting to hear what they can or cannot do and WAG have been less than forthcoming in fear of getting it wrong

The club now have the envious task of sorting it all out in a timely and accurate manner

I'd rather wait another 24 hours and see them get it right, rather than get it wrong and see a mass scramble and queues on matchday

I guess it could still happen and wouldn't that please some on here, eh? ;)

It would indeed Chris...... st cards are changed regularly like previous years due to security and technology changes....... so this season people were having new cards club couldn't simply go back and redo all cards from season before last that is totally unworkable and impractical....... time to complain is when they dont get a ticket for Saturday because its the clubs fault...... But one thing is for sure people are sharpening their knives ready to stick it into club regardless .

If I'm honest the ticketing system is not the easiest to navigate and maybe needs overhauling or simply made user friendly by complicating the functionality of it... but like every other service we use it's not easy to get hold of people as all done remotely or online.... as I've explained it's not a simple task of sending out mail lot more hidden factors to be considered and WG certainly didn't help situation in fact they're the cause of peoples concerns regarding st availability.

Just had the email, clicked the link and all good. I had already managed to download my ticket from my account but when comparing the email ticket to the one I downloaded, I noticed that there's more information on the latest ticket, so that's the one I'm going to use. Hopefully that's all sorted for Saturday.

Received email with tickets but my email on Monday taking up offer to move to social distance area appears to have not been looked at. I have been on hold an hour and last 25 mins I am apparently the next in line. Is there anyone there or just 1 person allocated to phones. Shocking service

First game of season two days away, season tickets selling quick - I’d imagine they’re extremely busy mate.

Further to my earlier post above - my phone is a smartphone but link doesn't work. Rang the ticket office and got through after waiting 48 minutes. They said they dont understand why the link on my smartphone doesnt work - so they have agreed to let me have a paper ticket to collect before the game. Hope this helps others in a similar position.
