Thinking left field is VT thinking of selling CCFC to Berjaya?

Interesting thought, but does Tan not own Berjaya anymore ?

If he doesn't then it would certainly provide some stability were he to retire/walk away.

VT established Berjaya years ago and has fingers in many pies. The company was floated on the stock market at some point and I believe he owns around 40% of the share value although family members have share ownership to.

The company itself is worth 3 times more than VT's personal wealth and could afford to buy CCFC for say £80m and give VT all his investment money back and leave us debt free.

Sounds brilliant I would love it to be true but at this point it is just a theory.

That's a pretty good theory though.

I hope you're right and, thinking it through, seems like the most realistic/safe option on the table at the moment.

I agree it would be a brilliant option for CCFC and would secure our future. That said it is a theory and one based only on the appointment of Jalil Rasheed the CEO of Berjaya.

But his remit does include financial planning and strategic investment so we can hope.
