It wouldn't be a bad idea to real the full interview,
Don't read the sun that news group hacked a murdered teenage girl's phone and gave her parents false hope she was still was alive.
Wales would consider introducing curfews for men to help women feel safer in the event of a ‘crisis’, First Minister Mark Drakeford has said. The politician said the action would not be ‘top of the list’ and would only ever be temporary – but refused to rule it out if ‘dramatic action’ was called for. It comes after Green Party peer Baroness Jones of Moulescoomb suggested a 6pm curfew for men after women were told to change their behaviour following Sarah Everard’s disappearance. Mr Drakeford was asked by the BBC about the idea of introducing curfews on men in areas where there were concerns of women being
assaulted. He replied: ‘It wouldn’t be on the top of the list of things we’d consider because it would be at the very best a temporary intervention.’ After being pressed further, he added: ‘If there were a crisis, and you needed to take dramatic action that allowed that crisis to be drawn down, then of course you’d be prepared to consider all measures that would make a difference. ‘But the curfew measure you’ve described, it could only ever be a temporary answer and therefore it’s not at the top of our list. There are other things we can do and should do. ‘People need to be safe and to feel safe and that’s absolutely the sort of society we wish to create here in Wales.’

i heard what he said , and it was a very stupid response...... bit ironic that those who look down their noses at the Sun are also the exact same people who quote and obviously read the Sun.......
what crisis can you or he possibly imagine that would make this seem sensible.

Will be have passport control on the Severn Bridge or at the Bridge in Hay on Wye ?
Maybe he will get the Police to check on peoples accents - and if they sound English - send them back perhaps ?
Will he go around knocking on Hotel room doors and asking them to sing the Welsh National Anthem ?
Any ideas ?

I think he has the mentality of a cross between a rugby club committee chairman and a half witted Geography teacher. How on earth did this man ever get anywhere near close to being the First minister of Wales is a horrible indication of politics in Wales

Drakeford has a problem with alcohol as he clearly has a personal issue with it
with men being banned from going out after 6 pm can this be for work too and again Drakeford sadly has to say this as his own son should be banned from ever being out at any time again he is using his personal life to f**k us all up.
He is a disaster of a leader and if wales vote for him again we are in real trouble america got rid of trump at the end and wales need to do the same in May otherwise Wales in danger of real trouble.
Any leader making Boris look good needs shooting and Drakford does
