Cunningham reminds me a lot of John Brayford. Arguably the best full back in the league at his previous club that got him the move to a promoted club in the PL (us). Then it just didn’t work out. Will probably do well again at PNE

Funny, but I was thinking the same thing to. No, seriously, it’s not funny at all, it’s poor judgment, and even worse, poor management for this scenario to be repeated time and time again.

Rick, Cunningham was costing us £18,000 a week basic and we are still paying £9,000 a week till the end of June when his contract expires, another disaster.


The so called Committee have not sorted our finances out properly in my opinion in their 5yrs of over seeing everything and in 11yrs our finances are a total disaster, no one else can be blamed.

Exactly Annis, but this scenario regarding players being brought in on high wages, and only playing a hand full of games before being loaned/shipped out has be going on and on and on, over the years. Bad management,,,, and in many cases, very poor judgment, imo,,,, past poor decisions and judgments that still has a big influence, and effect on the current squad as we speak.

Rick, you would think after 11yrs they would of learnt their lesson , not they are putting players in from our Academy in that has been badly run down and these players have been out on loan at non league clubs and league 2, so the best you can hope for is a mid table Championship team. Unless a manager can perform a miracle.
