This season ranks as one of the worst I have ever known and i've seen it all when we just finished outside the bottom 2 of the old division 4, beaten at home by 5 by Maidstone, and Cambridge hitting 8 against us at Ninian.

I wont board bash, there is no longer any point. I just hope Dalman et al read this forum.

Shame on Cardiff City.

So you are taking the word of the Crewe manager over the club just because he thinks the offer was too low ?

You are no city fan you are just out to abuse our club and owner at every opportunity wether it is warranted or not

He may be a little misinterpreted on times but I know 'Barclay1' to be a Bluebird supporter and friend to several on this Forum :thumbright:

You, however... ;) :laughing6:

Indeed I am, and thank you Sven.

We all have Cardiff City frustrations, and an idea where the blame lies. I'll voice mine, and have always let others voice theirs.

For the avoidance of doubt, results, league position and crowds have been much worse in the past. When I consider the despondency around the club, the way the club is run, the effort put in by players, the zero excitement around transfer window, our dwindling squad, no youth coming through, this is why, in my opinion, its been one of the worst seasons ever following the club.

Fair enough, but youngsters coming through has unfortunately been a shortfalling of this club we all undoubtedly love!! I personally hate the January window,as very rarely is there any value out there! This year is like no other though, and I still think a few clubs are sailing too close to the wind, and could be in trouble at years end,the summer window? I think most were satisfied with business done there? But the club is still here, still beating, and I for one am grateful for that!
As far as this topic goes though,I am glad we are not just overpaying anymore, players whose sell on values have plummeted(Murphy the most notable case at present, plus a few others signed on long, and prosperous contracts) have cost us lord knows how much?
Never start high when bargaining, for anything imho, especially a player who has 16 weeks left on contract? I believe this"agent" has just been letting teams know he will be available on a free,or possibly at a knock down price in this window? Perhaps the reason it has been reported is to put other clubs off the idea, they could get him for next to nothing??
