Frustrating thing is I think it’s a good squad.

Malky would have this squad top 6 easily. Probably top 2.

That’s my point on Malky those that argue that Malky only did well because he had money are wrong, you’ve still got to be a good manager :bluebird:

He was linked to Everton and Man Utd ffs.

You don’t get linked to Man Utd unless you are a top manager.

He’s young enough he will be back.

You saying OGS is a top manager??

I think most clubs would have a 'group' who discuss such things; it makes fiscal sense

Being called a 'Transfer Committee' is not really a detrimental term, is it?

I think the issue arises when said 'Committee' gives the impression only its Chairman has any real say/vote; then it might be called an 'Autocracy'

The worst night of my life watching Cardiff City, I actually cried and walked out at h-t with my eldest daughter  :bluescarf:

That’s one of the main reasons why I will never forget/ forgive and we still have a despicable badge .

Or dictatorship.

Dictatorship and Junta both entered my thoughts but for all the bad things going on, I don't think it's at that level and Vincent Tan does listen but will ultimately make the decisions that will occur...

I can honestly say here and now that I did not take a scarf and (saddest of all) watched as other fought over them with some carrying several away; one of whom (and I've written it here before) told a father to "F**k off!" when challenged for taking one off a youngsters neck when he already had several of his own...
