It’s time for him to go but let’s not kid ourselves that it’s all down to one man.
There is no forward thinking from anyone at the club.
From top to bottom Cardiff need a huge shake up, at the moment though potential buyers will now want to give less money due to the virus.

I've been in the 'give him more time' camp until now - even though I have always felt that we need a better manager long term. But after this string of awful results and performances, it is becoming obvious that something is radically wrong with the Harris set up. The players responded to poor results/performances up to and including Coventry, but they could not sustain it against better opposition (starting with Swansea). Maybe this shows that the belief and/or the ability is simply not there. So, I think it's time to accept mid table mediocrity for this season and look to a future without Harris. Let Bamba or someone else take over temporarily until we secure a decent manager. But the problems at the club are not solely down to the manager - as you all know. Changing the manager without addressing problems at board level will do nothing to help us progress as a football club - which is what we all want.

100% got to go after last night act today please dalman, tan

12 months has gone by with Mr Harris in charge. A couple of glimmers of hope during that time, but all in all, no progress made. It doesn't help that our neighbours and great rivals are totally out-shining us.
Next manager please!

He hasn’t addressed anything, won’t drop players, has left players without any minutes as was case with benkovic and its cost us. He’s out of his depth and teams are waltzing through us as if we are not there. Poor isn’t the word,
We need a change of management and we need many many players. Too many of our players are not up to championship football.

I have defended him in the past but no longer. I have to say with the squad of players he has at his disposal he should at least be challenging seriously for a playoff place. You can make a strong case for saying he has a stronger squad than last season. Right now we are making no progress, there are no signs anything is getting better. No idea who we could realistically get in. Maybe some sort of slightly off the wall combination. There is no glaringly obvious candidate who would come to us.

I am really shocked that a statement has not been released already saying that he's been sacked, to me if he stays just shows how little anyone at the club actually care, we will not always succeed but for God sakes show some ambition

Yes it is down to one man, in this instance it's
Harris.
He was backed in difficult financial circumstances and has a squad that should be minimum of top 6, no question. It's a better squad than what Warnock took us up with for sure.
What you forget is that this same regime also appointed two managers that got us promoted twice in 5/6 years, a better record than most current Championship clubs.
There have been some bloody awful mistakes too but let's not use the current dire performances as an excuse to take a pop at an owner without whom we really would be royally f£%^&d !!
To even think that we could attract a better owner in the financial climate right now is pure folly and even if we did it would be massively dangerous to be financially less secure than we are now.
All that said, the next appointment is really important. I'm guessing Bellamy wouldn't be interested so I'd go for experience that is available, somebody like Nigel Pearson.
However, if we can't find the right long-term appointment at this point in the season, I'd give it to Bamba until the summer in the hope he could actually bring the dressing room together.

In part I'm in agreement, but tan will not sell for peanuts, and I for one dont blame him.
As you know annis I along with yourself and a few others, said to give Harris more time, but now agree, that time is up!
I also believe the players need to look within themselves,as I dont see many on the field who give their all for the shirt,no passion,no connection imho.its as if they dont give two f@cks for the club itself,as long as they are getting paid(and handsomely).
I just hope we dont rush in,if harris is fired, and choose a manager just because their free ar present(pulis).imo the next choice of manager, will show us what levels of ambition we can expect,we should be safe from relegation,so take a bit of time in choosing is what I would like to see, just opinion of course.
What price do you think we'd be offered?? Cant see any buyers buying right now,but down the line a little.

I think it’s a much worse squad than NWs.. if you think Gunners, Bryson, Grujic, Manga, Bamba.. all at that period were winners on the pitch. Pack, Vaulks, Wilson, Ralls, Bennett.. the quality gap is massive.

Voted stay who realistically can change anything at mo and likely to come in under tans little money. Bamba yeah may get a few up lifted wins but won't make big difference to league. So who realistically?

I voted stay. They’ll only get another yes man, who’s probably worse than Harris. The problem is far deeper than Harris!
Harris has proved he’s capable of getting us in the play offs, he can do it again! Give him more time.

Stay until we can find a better Manager, none of the names mentioned are any better.
