The squad lacks quality, lots of triers and some serious decisions about taking a loss on players like Glatzel and Murphy need to be made. A lot others need to be let go but that will also cost us

Then the biggest question who will manage the club and then the first team. With Choo and Dalman AWOL we need a DOF or general manager. Someone with a business head or has learnt that side of life. I believe Stephan McPhail does a similar job at a small club in Ireland. I think this is a must before anything.

Professional football is about recruitment above all else. You can change head coaches but you need a conveyor belt of players and highlight potential next coaches.

I can’t speak for Dalman but Ken Choo attends every game home and away.

1st half performance was not consistent with what your saying ... but 2nd half shows how tactically naive he is... they tweaked formation slightly but he didnt counter it result bacuna exposed not for 1st time Harris shown to be out thought by oposition manager and its cost us....Nothing to do with his comments just pure tactical awareness by opposition! My problem with Harris us he does not learn or adapt game plan to change things like use of subs is appalling on both counts

Malky was sacked because of the text messages, certain transfers and poor form on the pitch . They tried to save our season by hiring a person who was at the time one of the most highly rated young managers in football but it didn't work. That manager is now in charge of one of the biggest clubs in the world

Warnock walked away from the club after spending a fortune, failing to keep us up then having a awful start to a season in the championship despite spending a record amount for us in this league last season .

The manager is a big issue but get rid of him and make the correct appointment and all will be Rosey. Keep him and we will tread water comfortably in the championship with no threat of relegation of financial issues

This was always going to be a tough run of games , fortunately we won 4 in a row before this sequence of games so am I surprised we lost to Brentford and Norwich....No!

But regarding not being able to compete with them !! No way ! Sorry but we were in Premier 2018/19 and had parachute payments before that and after so we should be competing with these teams .
The issue has been not utilising those seasons to build the club up off and on the field, putting in place a club ethos on how we want to play, the type of coach, manager , player who fit that style.!! I don’t call creating very little in open play and relying on set pieces as a good playing style !!

If we are able to start attending games later in 2021 , I worry about how many season tickets will get purchased based on the football product currently being served up and people who have lost their connection to the club during Coronavirus by not being able to attend games!

Next season there are no parachute payments , so no Wilson,etc more players will be sold to reduce wage bill.....it’s not looking good
