Sorry could' nt find you a link not tec savvy but you seem to have sorted
Lets just hope they roll out a lot quicker than what they are doing
This disease will have morphed into something whereby the vaccine will be obsolete by the time they sort
We have known the vaccine is the only way out and with months to sort out logistics
but it all seem so painfully slow.
Brain aches don' t do pracitical hand over to the army.

Why does Blair think anyone is interested in what he thinks / what his solutions are (we've seen his solutions before...)
Is Blair now a Global Pandemic Expert ? - I know he has caused lots of global problems mainly in the middle East, caused 100,000's of deaths , created the vacumn that allowed ISIS to form. Opened the doors to mass immigration into the UK.
If he had fixed the problems he made - then perhaps people would give him the time of day. Imagine if Hitler post WW2 suddenly started talking about his solution for Israel and Palestine - I dont think the BBC would cover it.
There is a lesson in knowing when to stop talking - Blair never learned that.

Blair has his fingers in a lot of pies.
Probably has access to a lot of people who are pretty knowledgeable about this sort of thing.

Ditto for Libya. Gaddafi wasn't the nicest of chaps but Libya was a stable, relatively prosperous nation. Just like Syria there were tribal factions held together by an authoritarian state. Gaddafi said that if they got rid of him Europe would be flooded with migrants. Syria Iraq, Libya - and people bang on about our 'colonial past'..

The mind boggles. There is no date whatsoever to when we will get more vaccine.
Ex-Prime Minister Tony Blair is urging the government to give as many people as possible an initial dose of a Covid vaccine - rather than preserving stocks so there is enough for second jabs.
The Pfizer-Biontech and Oxford University-Astrazeneca vaccines require two doses to be fully effective.
Mr Blair said his idea would speed up the vaccine programme so the country could come out of lockdown sooner.
In the Independent, he argued the roll-out must be "radically accelerated".
The UK has pre-ordered 40 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and 100 million of the Oxford University Astrazeneca vaccines.
More than 500,000 people in the UK have now been given their first dose of the vaccine.
The two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine are administered around 21 days apart.
In a statement, Pfizer said this was needed "to provide the maximum protection", adding: "Health professionals are advised to continue to follow the official guidance on administration of the vaccine."

What is so difficult to understand Here. OP called Toni Blair, "This man is so stupid". It transpires that the powers that be in the UK. the ones who have approved the Oxford Vaccine are now agreeing that a single dose will offer a modicum of protection above and beyond no jab.
Numpties on here are now squirming because the people who have sanctioned the vaccine that they will get are now saying the same thing. One Dose will offer greater protection. Pfizer have said that they didn't look into the prospect of extending the time period because their research was based on 3 week interval.
Whatever spin you people want to put on to it, you were wrong in ridiculing the suggestion by Toni Blair. He was inciteful and spoke out. Just because you don't like him doesn't mean that he cant talk sense!! Put aside you right wing prejudices and give the guy credit where it is deserved.
And if you think that you know better than the british scientific community, i suggest you publish your research. BTW Yummy Mummy facebook post on the subject doesn't count as serious research.

Yes what is so difficult to understand the following statement was direct from Pfizer not your yummy facebook pages
It has tested the vaccine's efficacy only when the two vaccines were given up to 21 days apart."
