4 wins in 4. One goal conceded. 3 very good performances and another where we grind out a win after being behind !!
We had many games like this in Warnock’s promotion year. I was calling for Harris’s head 4 games ago but credit where it’s due, two home games won in style and then follow that up with two away wins against teams like Stoke and Watford is not to be sneezed at.
If Stoke had won tonight they would have gone top, they are no mugs, with or without injuries.
Some people are not happy unless they are moaning about something. Not the best performance but a sign of a good team is to grind out wins when not particularly playing well.

After their penalty, which I thought was very harsh, the momentum shifted towards us and we finished really strong. Glatzel came on and put another great shift in, and took his goal really well - great first touch and finish. I was impressed again by Harris too, he makes some great runs in behind which is really refreshing to see.
According to the old saying, going to Stoke on a Tuesday night is a test of quality and character, which we passed. Two great away wins back to back, roll on Sunday!
We were shite in the first half
No shots until 70 minutes when Stoke tired says everything

agree with both of you...had Watford and Stoke both beaten us they would be top and second tonight and there are people looking for fault.

You did nothing to effect the game, we had more continuity in the second half because we didn’t have many throw ins to give the opposition the ball back - look at the stats !!! the long ball throw in yields nothing. If I was Harry Wilson i would be faking a long lay off he must be gutted with the season so far.

Nothing lucky about 4 wins on the trot, the first two were very comfortable home wins and the last two were against two very good sides from the top 6 and away from home too. As for your other comment regarding Harris doing nothing to effect the game.......he brought on Glatzel and the game changed almost instantly. Perhaps you were being ironic....who knows??

Oh Mr Positive strikes again. You always look for the shit in every performance Thomas.......please wake up, this is the Championship, sometimes other teams will try everything to stop you playing (that's what a good Manger like O'Neill does)!
Do you want us to actually get promoted?

The comment wasn't aimed at you specifically but you can read for yourself the other comments in this thread about how poor a display it was.
It wasn't a great footballing displaying for sure, nobody in their right mind would claim thatBut in terms of effort and character, particularly after the penalty miss, it was pretty impressive and that's all we can ask from any City team.
