Watford look very dangerous when they attack

A really solid first half of the first half from the Bluebirds. Going forward with real ambition, but it's not produced many clear-cut chances just yet.

So far Cardiff's finishing not good

Another nice overlap from Bennett and Ojo slides the ball into him. His cross is deflected out for a corner.

Sarr crosses and Smithies comes out to parry it away, but clatters into Morrison and the skipper lies prone on the ground. Referee pulls up play straight away. But he looks to be fine, thankfully.

Wilson swings in a free-kick, but Moore can't get a decent enough connection and it's gathered comfortably by Foster.

Sheyi Ojo drills one from the outside of the box, but a brave block is made.

Ralls clips in another cross but Moore's header is saved easily.

Ralls plays a lovely ball down the channel for Harris to run on to. He looks to be through on goal but Troost-Ekong bundles him over. Too soft for the referee, though, no penalty.

Ralls swings in a corner and Morrison gets a good connection, but it's narrowly headed wide!

An interesting first half where both sides have shown their abilities. Watford show they have some real class in their side, whilst Cardiff show they are resolute and can cause damage whenevervthey have the opportuniy

Great striker's goal from Keiffer Moore to break the deadlock and it certainly created a reaction from a boistrous (forvtheir numbers) returning Watford support
