If we get Bowen or Bamba, we will be needing a New Manager by this time next year.

Don't ever waste a Managerial appointment, wait for one of the decent Managers to get sacked, there will always be a few after Christmas, possibly Chris Wilder or someone better!

It's not a case of managers being available it's a case of do they want to manage us? Howe for instance wont come here got bigger fish to fry than us....... so looking ahead to xmas is taking shot in dark when comes to available manager... and too early in the season to have someone in until end season!

Annis got this from the same place as I did earlier. Mark Bowen is making calls and putting his name out there. No sign of us being interested in him.

Actually I can confirm that Mark Bowen has been in contact with Dalman fir the last 2wks a facts.
Don’t forget our club want Welsh / local and the fans are behind how the club want to do their new set up

I believe you mate, just feel we need better, but as with all appointments you never know, let's see what happens

I'm not into panicked/rushed appointments, its the most important decision a club has to make, we always seem to panic buy which is stupid for a business this big.

Plan ahead, we won't go down (well we might with Bamba), we won't go up (with Harris/Bowen/Bamba), wait for the best man for the job, and sack Harris when we have someone better not when we are going on a bad run.

I'd go for Sol.Ive always been impressed with the guy.
Bamba is multilingual, being able to speak English, French, Italian, Turkish and "the Ivorian dialect that his father used at home".
