Disappointed, as I wanted Brentford to go up but I have to say Fulham deserved it in the end; although I agree Mitrovic was lucky to stay on the field

Both sides looked scared to venture too far up field with any vigour for a large part of the game but Joe Bryan's opener was a beaut and it knocked the stuffing out of a Brentford who were pretty bereft of real chances; and then Fulham struck again through a classy Joe Bryan goal and effectively game over...

In true Bluebird style ( ) Fulham conceded a sloppy goal to give themselves a wobbly last minute and Brentford maybe one opportunity to equalise

Fulham have stopped themselves entering financial trouble for few more season then. Still I expect them to spend big and get bummed by the media and many on here before they come back down again miles away from being safe just as they did last time.

Fulham could quite easily have been down to 9 men on normal time and Mitrovic was a defo red. They haven’t half got a nasty side to them, but in fairness they needed to develop that and it’s helped them this season.

Fair play to the Brentford manager after the game who didn’t make a deal of those challenges and despite the huge low of missing out not only praised Fulham but also was really constructive and positive about his team. Despite what people say about them losing players, they’ll get big money and invest well - they are exactly the type of team who have built steadily, been knocking on the door and i’d see them breaking into the top two next season.

thought they were exactly the same last time they went up...Mitrocic getting away with all sorts and not a card in sight, mcdonald kicking anything that moved , fredricks rugby tackling people and sneaky little shoves and trips by pretty much everyone else.. but the press and refs seem to love them..

Chris there were two other challenges that should have been a red card not a yellow, another incompetent performance by Martin Atkinson one of the worst refs in the premier, although they all seem to be useless, except for Chris Kavanagh I just hope he does not become like the others

I think you will find that the ffp rules were broken and they will be hit with a hefty fine remember qpr a few years ago, just because they are in the premier now and they cannot be deducted points, they can still be fined
