"I don’t feel any pressure. I want to be successful, I want to win as Cardiff City manager. I want to be a winner.

"I don’t look at the bigger picture or the pot of gold. I just break things down into smaller sections." - Neil Harris .

Fair play to you Annis, and all the others who have willingly held their hands up on opinions regarding Neil Harris, as you know,I wasn't over enamoured at his appointment, but did say I would give him time, and would judge him after the summer window, and the same as I give most managers, around 12 games or so,to see which direction he would take us,well I'm more than willing to admit he has won me over, both with the football, and his obvious enthusiasm in interviews, the football has improved, the players seem to be at one with him,and his idea of the style/s (something he said) of how he wants us to play, the football is not one dimensional any more, and I am happy with him, even if we "fail" to get promotion,I am looking forward to enjoying watching us again  :old: :bluebird:

I've not said anything to say I'm against him. In fact I thought and still feel he is worth the punt because I was impressed with what he did at Millwall.

Watching his progress at Millwall he did exceptionally well and nearly got them to a play off spot with a mediocre team. He did seem to go through a rough patch with them at the end but if he stayed on I believe he would have got them back on track. Instead he came to us and left a system in place at Millwall for the next manager to take advantage of which they nearly did.

So he came to us with us in a bit of a mess. It something he obviously has sorted out. If he came a bit earlier it must make you think if he could have got us an auto place because we definitely have better players here than he did at Millwall.

I agree with that . This squad was capable of automatic this season. They just needed direction which Harris has given them . If he had more time we could have been close

I was open minded about his appointment...giving him 10 games to see how he did ....which wasn’t great and I thought he was wrong man...set a post at time asking if we would make playoffs with more no’s than yes@s...the style of football at time seemed clueless.
But he certainly has turned it around and some of the footy post lockdown as been something we ain’t seen in years.
I was wrong and the play offs is success with a squad who I thought were overrated by NW
