Will season ticket holders who opted for a refund off next seasons ticket lose this refund if they now choose not to renew??

Family stand pricing doesn’t seem right if you look at the adult price and junior price if bought separate they come to roughly £300 yet it then says £549 for a junior and adult together. Last year I bought a family ticket for two adults and two children and I think it was all in about £590 unless I am reading it wrong.

So am I right in thinking that a red zone ST at £329 minus the £60 off option that I chose will be £269?
If so, that would cost me £12 a game.

How can the club sell season tickets when there is no date for fans returning to the ground. And what restrictions are in place. Everyone will be relying on that idiot Drakeford on when he allows it.

This is poor from the club yet again.

not sure how, legally, you can be charged for an event and not refunded if you are unable to attend.

I have been a loyal fan for over 50 years but the club are taking the piss. They are hoping that many of us will buy into wanting to make sure we secure a ticket in case we get to the Premier. The streaming issue is nonsense. If we are in the Premier half the games will be on tv anyway

Hello Annis, hope your well mucker? Many of us Bristol City fans have already paid in full for 2020/21, the club are yet to release a statement of what they propose if we cant get into Ashton Gate. Could be a nightmare if say 10,000 plus want full refunds?????

Apparently has cost Swansea 1m just for 4/5 games behind closed doors so not peanuts.. no idea what its cost city but suspect it's lot more :o

It’s a difficult one as I do not want to see Cardiff city end up in financial difficulties and they need as much income as possible, however the money they get from ST sales are a small amount compared to players wages so perhaps there are other ways to cut costs?
On the flip side it sounds abit of mick take tbh. To pay for a ST that you may not be able to attend matches for sept and October or even longer as, who knows if we’ll get a 2nd spike. I wouldn’t be bothered about keeping a specific seat as if we have a second spike they’ll be plenty of available seats. There’s a good chance your seat will still be available or close to it even if you don’t renew. Even if we do go we will have ST availability just like last time. It would cost me less to watch city tv at home and not renew. It doesn’t actually effect me as I’m not well so cannot even go to matches but I feel for anyone trying to make the decision. Especially at a time when many people have lost their jobs and/or are skint.

Not sure what I’d do ...personally I’d wait it out and maybe do a half season ticket if that becomes available. Or even a flex 5.

That's what many may do wait (unless promoted) until oct when can get into ground then get half season tickets, like you say plenty of seats available but for some like me cannot really do that as got seats halfway line level 4 front row.. definitely don't want to lose seats! And there will be many in same position so will renue on time besides it will help club as well, not sure what complaints are for? club have been open so either get ST or dont .... and at least got city tv to watch games for free if buy ST .. city plan better than buying ST now and then trying to get refunds or discount for ST next season as some clubs doing.

I'll probably end up renewing for me and the lad if only to be 'secure' in our seats if we do go up.

We enjoy going down the city... the only downer is when Sky mess with the matches - his mum won't allow him out late on a school night which is understandable so it really grates when they move fixtures.

There must be some allowance that can be made for folks to watch via CityTV who do not want Sky for whatever reason to be able to catch matches.

Surely its got some kind of backend security to ensure only one logged in device per ID during matches.

I know that the tech is there for dodgy streams but thats already out there and known to be an issue so I can't see why an ST doesn't come with CityTV as part and parcel of the package.

It would mean a lot to some City supporters who have STs but maybe have to miss odd games due to illness, work or family constraints.

You can watch city tv for free for home games if behind closed doors not the same as refund but better than having to pay for city TV.. in reality cannot give city tv away as package with ST as nothing stopping holder giving pass to friend? Also broadcasting rights come into it, f you read it says subject permission from right holders "EFL"

I've had a ST for more years than I care to remember and I will be in like Flint tomorrow morning buying mine. I hope I'll be able to watch the games in person in what is certain to be a reduced capacity situation, buying my ST tomorrow will make sure I'll be able to do that "Whenever we are able to do so".

I think the club has played this whole situation with a straight bat and offering the pro rata refund for games missed this season whilst providing the code to watch ALL 9 matches live on stream has been a great gesture. Normally those 9 games would have cost £10 per match.

I have been a City fan for well over 50 years and I'm lucky enough to be in a position to buy the ST tomorrow and I will do it gladly because that's what fans do isn't it :?

Serious question mate, how would you go about it if you were in charge of Ccfc?

Simple. I would offer a refund for any match that was played behind closed doors. They will get a bigger take up if they do that. Ticket sales for a club that has just come down from the Prem represent a small percentage of a clubs income. We will be getting another parachute payment next season which will be about eight times bigger than the season ticket sales last year.

From a business sense - A better way would be 'refund' as credit towards the following season's ticket, e.g. 10 quid per home game missed. That way you get them hooked for another 2!

Sadly so very true and the club shop was even run by the receptionist and you would have to go to the club reception and ask her to pop over with you and she would lock the reception up

yes its dwarfed by TV money but that does not make it insignificant... personally i want our club to be as good as it can be and our owner to be as positive as he can be. and the best way of doing that is to support the club and him...

The new fisher price website can probably only handle one person online at a time!

I look forward to seeing how awkward it is to renew for me and my lad on this one. It used to be a piece of piss.
