Just said that chris...... :o
Ayew did same last week with pen? Player can stagger his run but must not stop! twice hes stopped during run ups :|

He 100% stopped, Allan and the position of the offending tackle was tight (maybe outside the box)

Forest supporters going into meltdown on their Forums, apparently

Would never happen on here...! :laughing6:

Just saw it again and he physically stops then starts again! Whats wrong with officials ? :banghead:

This is what rules say but wording is a bit naf how can you stop at end run then feint again, Does player do a dance then kick ball from standing still? :D
A player who deliberately stops at the end of their run and then feints to gain an advantage is deliberately breaking the Law. This is an act of deliberate unsporting behaviour so, as well as the caution (YC), the player does not deserve to have a second chance to score. This stronger punishment should deter an offence which is sometimes difficult to detect.

It was the confidence with which this particular 'official' gave the penalty!

This guy is having a nightmare. Easily could/should have been a couple of sending offs and a penalty for Forest

At 2-2 there's life in this game of two horrid clubs; one of which has a temporary respite in the disdain of the Bluebirds faithful

Kyle Naughtin RED CARD! AWFUL! :banghead:

FULL TIME: NOTTINGHAM FOREST 2-2 SWANSEA CITY

Re: " Midweek fixtures & results in the Championship "

FINAL SCORE: NOTTM FOREST 2 - 2 SWANSEA

A good final few minutes from Forest goes unrewarded, as the referee continues to favour Swansea when it comes to equality in terms of decisions on equal discretions

Swans looked tired at the end

Yes he stopped not allowed should be free kick against him... did same other week... other players doing it and come very close if not stopping during run up. Obviously its easier to beat goalie if do this as keeper commits early

It wouldn’t be a free kick against him, it would be a re-take. Same for encroachment.

Some entertaining comments on here regarding the game, I must say :D

Actually looks like the rule has changed and is perfectly legal.

You just aren’t allowed to stop at the end of the run anymore. Which he didn’t... and that would be punishable by an indirect free kick.

I put up what the rules state but as usual mr. Perfection makes no comment on that as it might deflect from roathies persona of never being wrong in anything he says but who gives a fck swans wont be in playoffs :laughing6: :laughing6: :laughing6: :laughing6:

The rule you posted showed you were incorrect.

It clearly states you can’t stop at the END of the run (I.e. when the keeper is expecting you to strike the ball). He didn’t do that. Not sure what your complaint is?

Neither of us will be promoted, it really doesn’t matter. :D
