Dont understand the thinking of some? It doesn't matter how bad a side we may have playing in premier league is the ultimate gole for any club? What's point in playing if no ambition yo get promoted no matter what league you are in!

This season I wasn’t expecting anything, mid table after relegation would have been ok.
I was hoping to rebuild team with younger players from the academy over the next two seasons changing our game plan to a passing game with faster players.

The premier league is the place to be that’s the goal, but with the team we have now it’s only going to be another season of hammerings. which is not enjoyable to watch.
You can’t pick when to be promoted or relegated so we take it when it’s there if it’s this year then great.

Being in the top twenty teams even if bottom is better than playing anywhere else.

It took me nearly 50 years to see us finally play at the top level relegated twice now next time I want to stay up.
