I think the game is going exactly how we predicted. Paterson is winning the battle, junior (remember him) started brightly but looks lost.

We've played quite well and can still get a point from this game. Sanderson is the weak link tonight. Must keep it tight until the hour mark and maybe we can pinch a goal late on. Would be delighted with 1 v 1.

On reflection as someone has stated Mendez has probably been our best player, but I think Patterson has done well today chased everything caused a few errors and pressed on his own very well

He's forced lots of errors and rushed their players. It's effective to how we play against teams that like to faff at the back. And I bet if we weren't losing plenty be saying how good he's playing.

I'm guessing the plan was to press them and hope for a break like Vs Leeds. Or keep it tight til Glatzel comes on about 60.

Chasing the game of course he's not so effective... Guessing we'll see Tomlin and Glatzel sooner.

We can still win this they are mostly just a passing side in own half ... so we need to push them again like 1st 15mins but need changes halftime not 75mins!
