nice to see mate.
I have been delivering meds to isolated people, and therefore am out through the day. I cannot lie, there was definitely more traffic today; both on the roads, on foot and there were youths riding their quads/bikes behind an old lady's home in Ely. She said it's been like that for days now, with no sign of the police trying to put a stop to it
I did see two drones over Ely and Caerau today. I believe they were police one's. Yesterday, I posted that there were still people gathering, youths on motor bikes etc, but was definitely quieter yesterday in comparison with what I have witnessed on both days
I would like not to be thought of as an idiot for being out though, and yes it's voluntar ,but it's essential work in these dark times.
Whilst I don't have much time for Tommy Robinson, I did see a post my friend sent yesterday where he agrees with fines for people not having a good reason for being out; but he also pointed out that a funeral for a Muslim was attended by 100 people yet not one fine issued?
Wasn't the ruling for funerals,a maximum of ten people in attendance? And even then, they should follow the social distancing rule?
For the first time I got what he was saying, i.e. that it's unfair that this large gathering was allowed and not one fine issued to them? ?
This must be addressed. Why should anyone be allowed a mass gathering when others have to follow the guidelines issued by government?
I'm not anti any religious group, but rules MUST be adhered to. I went to western cemetery yesterday to tidy my dad's and nans graves and found it is now closed except for funerals?
Found it a bit weird, as it's hardly a place for social gatherings is it?
But they also have a list of regulations on the gates for funeral attendees, stating the 10 person maximum. I just found it strange that even alone I was not allowed until further notice. I also noted that there are a big numbers of graves being dug there over last week or so. Maybe they don't want the public shocked at how fast new graves are being erected?
