The Committee decides all that and they did it, but in my opinion have NO real knowledge of football.
Come on Annis, yes they sign everything off so have to take their fair share of the blame but I think we can all say with a good amount of certainty that these were Warnocks choices and signings. If anything they put to much choice in a person with a lot of football knowledge ie Warnock.
To be honest the only way around that is a director of football type person but then whose to say they will get it right either, personally ive never liked the Director of football and then a coach set up.
